I came to this organization over a year ago with a request for some glasses to help me better see my work monitors. It’s a long story of many missteps including improper diagnosis, trial and errors, delays, unreturned phone calls and unfulfilled promises. Near the end, an employee conceded that they do not have available to them the high quality lens that I had been getting at another organization. Meanwhile, I have over $500 in out of pocket expense with nothing that improves my eyesight. Finally, after many attempts, I was able to speak to someone about a partial refund that reports that they DO NOT make refunds for their inferior products that are worthless. It’s really unfortunate that we have an establishment in the neighborhood that seems to only wish to make a sale, yet not make it right. My request to speak with the proprietor is yet to be granted.

If I can give zero stars I would. I came here for a second opinion, so was paying out of pocket. Off the bat I told the staff that my 5 year old would not do well with dilation for an eye exam. They insisted that she have it done. Nevertheless, putting the anaesthetic drops was traumatic enough, and nor the staff nor Reddy are equipped or trained enough to calm an upset child. In fact, Reddy told me he was cutting into their lunch time! He wanted me to hold my child down and that she was being hysterical. I am paying for a service, OUT OF POCKET! You would think he would have techniques to calm her, than to be worried about their lunch hour! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PERSON TO ANYONE. HE IS OLD SCHOOL WITH NO TABLE MANNERS OR A FIT FOR YOUNG PATIENTS.

We recently visited Suwanee Vision Center for our annual eye exams. Dr. Reddy and staff were wonderful and very attentive to our needs. They were efficient and our appointments were on time. This is extremely important to our family because we were having 6 eye exams and ordering glasses/contacts. Dr. Reddy and staff were also excellent with my little ones who are 8 and 5 years old. This was their first exam and they didnt know what to expect, but doctor and staff were very patient with them enabling us to have a very positive experience.

Excellent! Very pleased with the new contacts I am wearing as a result of my consult with Dr Chip Reddy. He was extremely helpful and pleasant, very knowledgable. Greeted by friendly staff and totally made to feel at home. We are new to the area so finding them was a blessing - no trial and error going to different eye doctors to find one that fit my needs! Today was a truly pleasurable experience and I look forward to an ongoing relationship with Suwanee Vision Center!

First time appointment at Suwanee VC. My husband had gone and believes in supporting local business as he owns a local business himself. I was thrilled with the service. I had been going to the doctors at Lens Crafters all these years. It was nice to go right down the street in my hometown to a doctor that is knowledgeable and communicates the great service provided for your individual needs. Dr.Reddy and staff will be my choice of eye doctors office from now on.

I have been to Suwanee Vision Center several times. Each time was a pleasant experience. The Customer Service and Technician Staff were as nice and helpful as possible. The doctors there are excellent communicators. I saw Dr. Reddy twice and another doctor once(cant remember her name) Both were very knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail to my understanding. I would not think of going elsewhere.

We recently visited for an annual check up for my son, I was worried it being a new doctor for him. The staff were so friendly and worked really well with him. Dr Reddy was great and was very thorough with his exam. The office was equipped to accommodate children as well. It was a great surprise also to see a larger boys selection of glasses, which is not always the case at other eyeglass providers.

My husband and I recently moved to Suwanee and both visited Suwanee Vision Center for eye exams and contact lenses. Dr. Reddy and everyone else we came into contact while there were very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. We were both seen in a timely fashion. I have never had such a thorough eye exam before and every step was explained in detail to me. We will return for our yearly exams.

Dr. Reddy & his staff are exceptional! They make going to the eye doctor easy. They are patient and knowledgeable about eye glasses, contacts, and insurances. They will work with you in order to help you get exactly what you need and at the cheapest cost for you. Dr. Reddy is very knowledgeable and explains eye conditions in detail. I would definitely recommend Suwanee Vision Center!

Cheap lenses were scratched as soon as I came to pick them up. I had to wait for them to replace them. The buying process felt rushed they didnt seem to want to take the time to explain the different options. I Ended up paying over $200 for new glasses with insurance which seemed like too much. Definitely feel like I shouldve searched for a more reputable vision center.

This is by far the best optometry office I have ever been to in my life. Ive worn glasses since I was a child so Ive send many eye doctors but this place tops the list. Its not just the doctor, but its the entire staff! They are friendly, responsive, and I believe they truly care about you. They know you by name and greet you like an old friend. Im never leaving!

I am very pleased with this place! First, they accept my insurance (Vsp). Second, The staff there is friendly and so is the doctor! When I had a slight issue with my contacts, I went back in and they corrected it with no problems at all. I highly recommend Dr. Reddy for your eye care needs. I will most definitely continue to come here!

The staff at Suwanee Vision Center was extremely professional, courteous and on time. I was in and out with a new prescription and a year supply of contact lenses in no time flat. I also ordered a pair of glasses which they said would take about a week to come in. Ill see them again in a year for my annual check up!
