Very disappointed. I took my sons there for an exam and glasses. That went decently. When one of my boys broke his glasses a few months later I called to ask for his prescription. The person that answered sounded pretty reluctant to give it to me, Im guessing because he figured I was ordering glasses from another source. He confirmed that he would send it. In about a week or so I received an email with the prescription attached apologizing for the delay. I then asked for my other sons prescription to be emailed, and after 7 days had received no response. I contacted them to request the information again. Hesitantly I was told that it would be sent. One week later the prescription was emailed to me. It takes seconds to scan the prescription and email it. Why must I wait weeks? When attempting to order their glasses online I realized that the PD was needed. I called Bethel Eyecare to request this information after I received no response to my email and was told that they did not measure the PD with the normal eye exam. Which is very curious because how could they order the glasses in the first place without the PD? The answer is they could not. So after this lie was told to me, I was informed that I would need to come in and pay $10 to have the PD measured. Shame on them for nickel and dime-ing. The gentleman I spoke with was always very reluctant to give me any information from the exams that I paid for. Perhaps out of fear of losing me as a customer. I called another optometrist closer to me who said I could bring my sons in they would measure the PD which takes about 2 seconds and there would be no charge. Given this experience, they have definitely lost me as a customer. On the bright side, I have found an optometrist closer to me.

I have been with Bethel for a few years now (along with my family members) Although the frame selections are limited, Bethel Eyecare deserves 5 stars for their hospitality. There is barely a wait as long as you arrive within your appointment time. The front desk receptionists are very friendly and greeted me with a pleasant smile. At other places, the doctor may take a long time for them to get to you while you wait in the screening room, but once again, they were very quick and to the point. Maybe about 30 minutes for the whole exam process? not even! Since I am a very picky person when it comes to frames, I took over an hour trying on different styles and contemplating over and over again. I believe I overstayed my welcome....But still! were very kind and happy to be of assistance. If you dont mind how the glasses look, it may take you less than an hour do complete everything. Overall, I had a warm experience. For future reference, a greater selection of frame styles with a greater price range would be the cherry on top of the cake. Regardless, I will still be back.

Dr. Cha is an excellent optometrist! I have been using wearing glasses for 20+ years, and going to optometrist office is an annual routine for me. I always had false impression that optometrist office just sells glasses and contact lenses. However, whenever I go to the Bethel eyecare, I always feel like I am seeing a real eye doctor (Dr. Cha) who exams, diagnosis conditions and evaluates my eye health, in addition to vision check. Dr. Cha is very thorough and caring. She connects with patients well, and treats them like a family member. In addition to vision check, Dr. Cha does comprehensive eye exam, digital imaging, and additional exams after dilating my pupils. She goes over those images with me, explains clearly, makes sure that my eye health are in good shape, and confirms whether I do not have any pathology, like glaucoma, cataracts, cornea lesions, or any other. I am a healthcare provider, and having a good visual acuity and ocular health is critical for my career. I trust her work a lot and all her recommendations. 5+ stars to Dr. Cha and Bethel eyecare!

The entire experience was a very good one. The whole office staff was nice and pleasant and very friendly. The DR was the BEST, she answered my questions and made me feel at ease about not wanting to get bi-focals yet, although its coming. The only thing that was a shocker to me was an associate picked out the frames, well attempted to pick them out. Ive been wearing glasses since I was 8 years old and Ive never had my frames picked out for me, Ive always did this myself. I told the gentleman I would like to pick my own frames and I was obliged to do so. Great office, would most def recommend to family and friends.

I must say, the entire team at Bethel Eyecare are awesome! Im not just saying that & I am an actual client to Dr. Chi. On my first appointment, I was greeted with outstanding customer service! I have visited Bethel Eyecare now three times and still the best eye place with the best customer service and compassion shown in every area. Dr. Susie Cha and her husband is amazing, very knowledgeable, great personality and very detailed! Love it!! My entire family now go to Bethel Care and when youre family is happy...you know you found a good thing!!

This is a vision center to take your whole family to. ***They are great with kids.*** The office is nice and clean plus very stylish. The chandelier in the middle of the office in the waiting area just gives the office soothing ambience. Dr. Cha and her staff are very professional. Dr. Cha actually listens to you when you are asking a question concerning your vision and provides answers to you that are great in detail so that you understand her. I would recommend this Vision Center to anyone who needs Professional Eye care. #LoveThisPlace

The moment I walked into Bethel Eyecare I was impressed. The entrance was very pleasing and welcoming just as much as the front office staff at Bethel Eyecare was as well. The office staff welcomed me and were friendly and efficient. I was called back to a room within 10 minutes and was seen even quicker. I absolutely love the Dr., she is very sweet and is very knowledgeable and answered a lot of questions I had. I would highly recommend Bethel Eyecare to anyone!!

I just love this place!!! Everyone is so cheery and nice - from the staff, to the doctor, to the optician! And the prices are great - the lab is on site, so I received my glasses in less than three days! I highly recommend their office, they have all the latest and most modern technologies, an exceptionally clean office, and a great selection of modern & classic frames. Thank you for such a wonderful experience...cant wait to get my 2nd pair soon!! ;) Helen

Dr. Cha is always very nice, kind, friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. Shes also very experienced and professional! Her staffs are all very nice, friendly, and helpful. Everyone is super nice and efficient. We always have great and pleasant experience in there. My family never like going to eye doctors. But she totally changed our minds and attitudes. We actually looking forward and enjoy seeing her every time.

Everyone was great! They took the time to explain what was going to be done, and answered questions from each child to make sure they understood. I especially liked having the documents online so that they could be completed prior to arrival.
