I trust the reviews about the veterinarians at T&C, but because the office staff is so RUDE, Ive never gotten to experience them for myself. I have boarded my dog there twice and after today, I will never bring her back. I had considered T&C for vet services also, but I cant get past the absolute disrespect of the office staff. The first time I took the dog for boarding, I left her records at home mistakenly (it was the first time I ever boarded any dog and I didnt know what was required, so my mistake). I was told very loudly "What do you want me to do about it? I dont know this dog! Youll have to take her home!" I was on my way to the airport at the time and near tears. I suggested that they call my vet to have the records faxed over and she reluctantly agreed to do it; it was like she never considered that course of action. But all was well. I tried it again a few months later for another vacation, and when I went to pick up the dog, I noticed that her collar had been disassembled incorrectly and I was having trouble putting it back together. I expressed that boy, this thing was tough to put together and the lady behind the counter said "Well, dont ask me to do it!" I never asked her a thing, and I was taken aback that she spoke to me that way. I kindly let her know that I didnt ask her to do anything, and wouldnt. Every time I call or visit, Im talked to like the staff doesnt want to be there. They are rude on the phone and even worse in person. Ive seen them do it with others who were walking in while I was waiting, and other family members who take their dogs there also have commented on how short they are with their clients. Please hire happy staff or we will never get a chance to see how wonderful the vets are. Ill take my dog and my money where they treat customers a little better.

I have been going to Town & Country for over 6 years. I have 6 dogs so you can imagine my vet bills. Apparently Town & Country has decided to charge you a $5 fee if they have to call in a prescription because you are not buying it from them. That is crazy. If their prices for the same product were in the ball park I would buy from them but they are double the price. I refused to pay the $5 fee. Dr Egin called not wanting to loose my business I thought we had the whole $5 thing worked out. I sent my daughter to pick up Seizure medicine for one of our dogs and they told her unless she paid $5 that was in dispute they would not give her the medicine for the dog. That is totally uncalled for hold a dogs medicine hostage for a $5 fee that was in dispute. They dont care about your 4 legged family members all they want is your money. They are a disgrace to call themselves Veterinarians. They also think your time is not worth anything. They made us wait 2 hours past our appointment time on our last exam there. Just totally unprofessional. The way I figure it they owe me for my two hours.

I have used Dr. Jan Egin since 1988 as my vet for all my Animals. In 1997 my husband and I moved to Acworth and I tried to find a vet in my local area. I could not find a vet that came close to the standards of care that I had become accustomed to with Dr. EGINS. After a year of searching and testing new vets,I decided the best thing for my pets and family was to return to Dr. EGINS care. We continue to use Dr. Egins and would not go anywhere else and we drive 45mi utes to her office. Her office staff is top notch and gives our pets care at the same standards as Dr. E. Dr E called me at 7:30pm to read results of tests for my dog this past Friday night when most doctors would have passed the task to an assistant and waited until Saturday morning. I appreciate her dedication. Best vet in the business.

I love everyone at Town and Country. Weve been taking our baby aka dog there since he was 7wks old and hes 2yrs old now. The entire staff is wonderful they always make our visits a comfortable experience. Weve had the pleasure of seeing all three doctors and the each one of them care so much about the animals treat, they even comfort the human owners like me who is an overprotective pet owner with many questions. Raider loves to give loving and the staff allows him to lick all over them. Dr.Jordan is his favorite she gets on the ground and plays with him he never thinks its a vet visit he thinks its playtime. If you love your pet you should take them to a place that truly loves what they do and it shows with the level of service they provide at Town and Country.

I have been seeing Dr. E for more than 15 years. I find her to be the type of vet that is compassionate and recommends what is needed for your pet without recommending some of the superfluous treatments vets like to push these days. She cried with me when my dog was diagnosed with cancer, then removed the tumor and added three quality years to her life. She is an outstanding person and professional. As long as Dr. E will see my pets, I will be there! One more thing, when Dr. E is on vacation, Dr. Goodman is a fabulous substitute! All around this office is full of compassion and knowledge!

The staff is amazing! I have a 65 pond pit bull thats is very shy and afraid... Everyone treated him very patiently and even got on the ground to work with him instead of making him more uncomfortable on the table. I started coming here after I went to another vet and they refused to see him because they said he was too aggressive (I think its just because he was a pit) he has never bit or even growled at the vet he actually shakes and tries to just lay by the door... Anyways this place is amazing and I will continue to bring my dog here!

You will not find a more caring group of people anywhere else. Dr. Egins & Dr. Jordan have been seeing my German Shepherd for her entire life (+7 Years). And we have had plenty of different issues. Jeanette at the front desk has taken many worried phone calls from me and they always have time to listen to my concerns and get her in right away if necessary. Sara, Will & the rest of the assistants and staff are always so positive, kind and gentle with my baby girl during the examinations. I have referred all of my family and friends to them.

My chihuahua had a large lump on her neck out of nowhere, and our current vet wouldnt see her immediately and said I had to wait 4 days. I drove to town and country office as I was frantic and very scared and walked right in without an appointment and they were more than happy to help me and were genuinely concerned for my dog. She was seen within 15 minutes and the entire staff was very warm and welcoming. Turns out my dog was stung by a bee and a benadryl shot fixed her right up. I found our new vet!
