Fairly disappointed in their business practices. I walked in for the $20 "walk in" special, and got adjusted. After that was finished I ended up "buying" what I thought was a non recurring, one time $59 for four visits deal. The other option I had was a $300, six month deal with four visits a month. The $300 plan was more than I was willing to commit to something I wasnt sure would help. So I went two more times, and while being adjusted felt great it didnt really resolve the issues. I also felt like it was a bit rushed. Youre in and out in less than five minutes. And while Im sure that has positive aspects for someone in a rush, it wasnt to my liking. Here is where the problem starts. So I looked through my credit card statement and saw two more additional $59 charges for the the next two months after the initial one I signed up for. I called them and they claim that I didnt sign up for a one time $59 charge, but a monthly wellness plan. I also had already fulfilled the two month requirement, but couldnt cancel over the phone. So I put a block on the merchant with my card, and went to the place to cancel. It gets comical at this point. Not only will they not refund the third month(December), but since Im not giving 30 days notice they are going to charge me again at the end of January.(today is the 3nd) I almost feel like I should go in and get adjusted.... but then I thought, would you let someone who screwed you over, adjust your spine? TL:DR Make sure you know EXACTLY what youre signing up for, and make sure to cancel WELL in advance.

STAY AWAY!!! I will NEVER step foot in The Joint again. Not only was I given a completely INCORRECT diagnosis, the "Doctor" was rude, unfriendly and tried to tell me 3 times my credit card was declined when in fact, it was HER error in typing in the wrong expiration date. During my visit to The Joint, Dr. Erika Henry told me my issue was all muscular. When I tried to explain to her that I could feel a bone pushing against a nerve in my neck, she quickly shot me down, told me I was wrong and told me to get a massage next door. Her false and quick assessment to my problem was 100% incorrect. When I left The Joint, I was in MORE pain than when I walked in. Immediately after Ieft my visit, I went to a real chiropractor (Venti Chiropractic and Sports Medicine) who took x-rays and explained to me what was really happening with my neck. I was RIGHT and had Dr. Erika Henry at The Joint actually listened to me, she would never have told me to "go next door and get a massage". There is degeneration in my neck between C5 and C6 and a bone pushing against a nerve. HMMMM!!! I believe that is EXACTLY what I told "Dr. Erika Henry" at The Joint but she refused to listen. The chiropractor that affirmed my suspicion has now put a treatment plan in to place, adjusted me properly and I left with a considerable amount of relief. I now have some of my range of motion back in my neck. I will never EVER step foot in to another location of The Joint and I will now file a formal complaint against "Dr. Erika Henry". She should not be allowed to oversee any location again.

Both my father and my grandfather were Chiropractors. I have worked for a number of Chiropractors in my life. I have been adjusted by literally scores of different Chiropractors and I can say with certainty, that Dr. Erika Henry is one of the BEST! Being a person who is under Chiropractic care on a regular basis, The Joint suits me perfectly. I believe in the fundamentals of Chiropractic, and dont often need anything other than a quality adjustment. I love the fact that The Joint is a "no-frills" service where a good spinal manipulation is what is offered. Dr. Erika Henry is always pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable. She has that innate ability to read my body and know exactly what to adjust - even when I dont always realize an area is amiss. Thanks for offering a great, quick, but thorough visit every time!

Dr. Erika Henry is the bomb. She has a wonderful bedside manner and is a joy to be around. She also fixes me when Im broken...which obviously is a plus. I dont go to the chiropractor very frequently but every time I come in Dr. Erika has "new moves" to heal me. She obviously stays up to date on her continuing education which should make anyone looking for a chiropractor feel confident in her.

This place is a rip-off. I visited for a few months, got better, wanted to cancel but was convinced to simply freeze my account (so it could be restarted if I needed additional care). Instead, they continued to deduct monthly payments with no notice to me, & have refused to refund the monies improperly withdrawn from my account. DONT SIGN UP WITH THESE FOLKS!

Dr. Erika and her staff are always up-beat and happy to see you. I have never had anyone (Chiropractic Dr.) that had helped my back so much! Dr. Erika takes the time to not only determine what is ailing me and adjust accordingly but always makes sure I feel better when she is finished. I highly recommend The Joint Chiropractic.

The Joint redefines my expectations of the Chiropractic experience. No upsells on supplements or setting at length attached to electrodes that dont really offer any noticeable relief. They simply offer a quick, but thorough adjustment, in and out, no frills. Staff is pleasant and Dr. Erika is great.

This is my favorite Joint to go to. Dr. Erika is very friendly and very knowledgeable. Honestly, this is the best "bang for your buck" when it comes to a chiropractic visit. Theyve always met my needs when it comes to financing, and Ive always walked away feeling better than when I walked in.

I would never go to a $20 per adjustment chiropractor. If they dont even value themselves how would they value you? And if they dont do x-rays you by all means should have your heads examined, that is just flat out stupidity

I recommend The Joint to anyone thats looking for a chiropractor. They are fast, friendly and tend to your needs. After your first initial consultation, its takes only about 5 minutes to be seen and adjusted.

Dont go to the joint. They dont tell you they are enrolling you in a monthly recurring plan. They force you to jump through hoops to stop the charges and are rude to you when you try to cancel.
