I found Dr. Mark after my fantastic TMJ MD & DMD Dr. Mark Piper recommended that I find an accredited practitioner of Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic as taught by The Sweat Institute to work on my twisted C1 vertebrae (and neck in general). Long story short, my jaw was broken, neck whiplashed, and neck spine twisted up like a pretzel after ~15 years of failed treatments and mis-diagnoses following a bicycle vs. car accident. Dr. Piper worked wonders on my jaw, but I needed some serious help with the neck and spine. Dr. Mark has provided that and then some, working to align my C1 vertebrae (and keep it there for longer and longer periods). Hes also done wonders for my spine, as Ive slowly begun to "unwind" over the past months. My quality of life has improved greatly, and Ive been able to move along well in reducing the use of post-jaw surgery meds. As for my experience, the first appointment was long, as Dr. Mark performs a full exam, including x-rays and consultation on how to best get you fixed. I was informed of this up-front, and knew to expect it. Typical to most chiropractors, you start off with 2-3x weekly sessions, which reduce in frequency as you show consistent improvement. Appointments are 30-45 mins on average - pretty typical - but Dr. Mark will take the time to figure out your customized adjustment settings early on to ensure he gets it right. He also consults with the nationally known Sweat Institute as/if needed on your treatment, which is an awesome resource to have. Bottom line: this is not your standard "stretch and crack" chiropractor, and you should research this chiropractic method. It has a unique approach, and has provided fantastic results for many in chronic pain. But like any treatment program, it requires you to adhere to the program and the appointments to get the most out of it. Im extremely glad that I did the research, found Dr. Mark, and stuck with the treatment program. The results have been great, and its been great to have a strong supporter and advocate in Dr. Mark.

I am SO grateful that I found Dr. Mark. I had a terrible neck injury (similar to whiplash) that left me with headaches, vertigo, back/shoulder pain, and tenderness in the throat. After unsuccessful treatments from my primary care doctor and other chiropractors, I found Dr. Mark on the internet. I was unfamiliar with Atlas Orthogonal chiropractic treatments, so I did some additional research and thought it was worth a try given it seemed to help so many people. On my first visit, Dr. Mark went beyond what any doctor has ever done. He spent over an hour listening to my concerns, understanding my medical history, and examining my injuries. He is very friendly, easy to talk to, and VERY knowledgeable. He really knows a lot beyond typical chiropractic care and offers really practical advice to help your body heal (as well as preventative tips to avoid further injury.) My neck felt much better after my initial visit and I continued treatment (sometimes 2x a week) for other aches and pains. He quickly discovered that an old back injury from 20 years ago was restricting my movement and causing bad posture. Now my shoulders are much less tense and my husband even says I look taller. :-) He was also able to fix a hip problem that Ive had for years that other doctors/PTs thought was scar tissue from surgery 15 years ago. I AM SO GRATEFUL that he fixed that, too!! I drive almost 40 minutes to his office and my visits are always worth it. Everyone I meet in the waiting room is so happy to have found him. He really cares about your recovery and his dedication to his patients is unbelievable. Im so glad I tried him and high recommend him!

Dr. Keresztesy is nothing less than amazing and Ive never met a doctor with such impressive work ethics and dedication to his profession and his patients. I cant thank him enough for the relief hes given my 15 year old daughter who has suffered constant lower back pain over the last 6 years and has gone through many specialists (orthopedics, physical therapists, acupuncturists, nutritionists and about 4-5 chiropractors who all gave her their best shot but unfortunately were unable to crack her case. As a parent, you never stop fighting to find a resolution to your childs pain but after almost 6 years, we were definitely feeling discouraged. My daughters pain level was a constant 8 on a scale of 1-10 (without movement) and off the chart pain whenever she would bend forward at the waist. Its remarkable what Dr. Keresztesy has done in 2 months that no one has been able to do in almost 6 years! She is finally PAIN FREE. I also want to add that he is not just your typical Atlas Orthogonal specialist. He takes this profession to another level and a bit of a pioneer and what I love and I think really worked with my daughter was that the C1 adjustment wasnt completely working alone and because he is also specialized in chiropractic care, it was the combination of both adjustments together to the precise locations that he determined from her x-rays, that was key. His diversity and ingenuity is impressive and we are SO HAPPY with the results :))).

i was diagnosed with torticollis when i was 21 and had a surgery when i was 22 to lengthen my left sternocleidomastoid. i found dr. keresztesy by searching for a local chiropractor on google but was interested when i read the reviews about atlas orthogonal chiropractic. i scheduled an appointment and was able to experience dr. keresztesys compassionate care within a week. he uses x-rays to find the exact location of subluxations and his atlas orthogonal machine helps pinpoint where the atlas needs to be adjusted. he also got me new footlevelers inserts to counterbalance the lack of arch in my heels. after adjustments i always notice i feel less pain and restriction with moving my neck. i am extremely pleased with the treatment and plan on using it as long as i need. dr. keresztesy really tries to go above and beyond for his patients and his compassion might be a godsend if youve had to deal with medical doctors and their lack of patience or understanding.

I had to quit a job that I loved because I couldnt handle the brain fog and dizziness while working anymore. I also suffered terrible neck pains that hurt so bad I couldnt move my neck to the left or right. Id gone to docs, neurologists, pain specialist and on and on... I was given pain meds but no one could figure out WHY. The last straw was a pointless and painful spinal tap. Ultimately, I was advised to go to the Mayo Clinic. My cousin found Dr. Mark and told me to give him a try. Im glad I did. Hes done more in 4 months than the other docs had done in 10 years. I can move my neck completely, no pain. Brain fog, gone. He explains what he does and why he does it. He spent enough time with me to figure out WHY I had all these issues and HOW to fix them. He works with my schedule. He will wait if Im running late. Hes smart and kind and I cannot say enough. If youre sick and giving up, give him a try! You wont regret it. :)

Ok this is my story since last summer 2016 I made myself injured in the gym. Since that time I start to have this feeling like one of my side of body is weaker and always this feeling like left side is not that same like right one inbalance . I was dealing with this problem almost 7 months and I was confused what to do and how to fix that. Finally after research I found Dr. Mark Keresztesy and this what he do is amazing!! The all procedures was professional, first we have a long conversation about all my health and life , next was X-ray to check my spine and after that he start process of fix all problems in my nerws system and spine. You can believed me or not but Im beck to normal life without any problems of my body , spine , imbalance of my body to ! Im so happy to right no this is end of my problem if they will beck I now where to go! I recommend everyone ho got any issues with spine to visiting Dr. Mark Keresztesy
