We met Dr. John at a craft fair a few years ago, and he convinced me to stop in to the office. I had no idea that that first visit would have such a positive impact on my entire family.....in fact, I didnt really believe that anything would change.....but I felt that I could humor him and show up. I had diagnosed myself with arthritis from years of competitive swimming (apparently I shouldnt be diagnosing myself with anything, but we all know that Web MD is such a wonderful tool ;-) and was having some difficulty sleeping for FIFTEEN YEARS. Well since those first few visits, I have learned that I dont have arthritis and the pain in my hips and neck is gone. In addition, my headaches are much more manageable. I am happy to say that I am no longer living on daily doses of Excedrin Migraine and being a major donor to Novartis Pharmaceuticals. And if that wasnt enough......Dr. John and Dr. Marys chiropractic care have had an amazing impact on my cognitively-impaired adult daughter with difficult to manage epilepsy. She has been through so much in the past few years, and their chiropractic interventions have contributed significantly to her overall positive well-being. Thank you all so much! Kara Paul

My experience at Innate Concepts was 5 star! I walked in and got a warm welcome from both chiropractors. I was then led to the massage room where Dana (the massage therapist) introduced herself. I was asked to fill a quick form to denote any areas of tension and was then left to undress to get ready for my massage. I slowly relaxed upon Danas delicate but productive touch as she worked on my low back. She is an AMAZING massage therapist as I went from extreme back tension barely able to walk to having better flexibility and movement. I was even able to go to yoga later that night! I have had many massages to release the tension in my lower back and know the difference between someone who goes through the motions versus someone who has clinical experience practicing medical massage. Dana is a clinical genius and I highly recommend her!

I was a non believer of chiropractic care before I walked into the door. After I talked to Dr. John about the pain in my foot and the treatment that another doctor gave me, Dr. John gave me a different approach and it helped tremendously! I could walk on my foot after the first appointment and since then I have been feeling so much better! The entire staff is wonderful and friendly. Dana gives a great massage and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I now have my husband coming to see them for help as well.

My experience has been nothing short of wonderful. The docs have helped with my migraines tremendously. I came to them after doctors couldnt figure out why I was blacking out but Dr. Mary and Dr. John figured it out right away after my x-rays and initial exam. Since beginning care with them I have had no black outs and a major reduction in migraines. If youre looking for a family friendly environment and honest caring doctors, this is the place for you!

Awesome people at this establishment, let me start by saying that first. Ive been to other doctors before but here your part of a family both Doctors are great! They take the time to listen and and not just rush you in and the door you feel welcomed from the receptionist and I forgot to mention if you want a massage they have that available as well and Dana has the hands of goddess. I would recommend anyone with back issues to try them out.

With all I have been dealing with recently, Dr. John and Dr. Mary have been extremely helpful with suggesting more natural ways to get better faster, which I truly appreciate! Not the biggest fan of taking a lot of antibiotics. Also, their office is very homey and family-oriented, which definitely makes me feel more than just a patient. Plus, their adjustments and other modalities leave me feeling very relaxed and in a lot less pain! :)
