First of all the staff and assistants were amazing, from welcoming you and making you feel quite comfortable. Dr. Song has quite the attitude and is remarkably rude. He has NO patience whats so ever and you can tell he dislikes kids. His assistants try very hard working with little kids and theyre very gentle and yet he gives them no credit. I personally would love to see him do their job. I am certainly never going back and Im making sure my friends and family dont either.

Me and my family have been coming to see Dr Song for years. Hes had some trouble with his staff in the past, but theyre great now. We stuck with him because hes the best dentist in he area and we are glad we did. His new staff is great. He has the latest dentistry technology. And Dr Song is the best at explaining any procedures beforehand. My kids hated going to the dentist before we found him. Now they wont go anywhere else.

Had my first appointment and let me just say, a much different experience then I have ever had with any other dentist. The whole staff including the dentist was amazingly friendly! Made me feel super comfortable and I will definitely go back and most definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist!

Receptionists are bad mannered, the doctor doesnt check you himself as he uses his assistants to give you a simple clean up. The doctor rarely spends more than a few minutes on you. He often switches timeframes for braces for his convenience. Do not set an appointment for this dentist, very bad service.

I am very pleased with Parkway Dental. Dr. Song is wonderful! I had a root canal performed by dr. Song and was never in any pain. He was able to perform the root canal in one day. The office staff is very friendly and efficient. I would strongly recommend Parkway Dental to my friends and family

I have been seeing dan song for about 3 years. He does my cleanings and exams. Thing I like the most is that he spends extra time to explain whats going on with my teeth. Have recommended to my family and friends.
