I had seen another dentist recently for an emergency issue of which I was told it would require a root canal and crown. The price they were going to charge was WAY out of my ability to pay even with dental insurance. I called Dr.Jains office and his staff was so helpful. She gave me an appointment for 2 days later, which was a Saturday, perfect for me. My one & only complaint would be the wait in the waiting room (45 mins), however, I would completely overlook this based on knowing how busy he was but still found the time to see me on the day I was available. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Jain. He was very mindful of any pain I was having and adjusted the amount of novocain accordingly. At one point I had to stop the procedure (root canal) because I felt panicky. Dr. Jain TOTALLY understood how I felt. He stopped immediately and had his assistant give me water, sat me up and insisted I take all the time I needed to compose myself. I couldnt thank him enough. Afterwards, he took the time to show me my x-rays & explain what he did, what needs to be done, and answered all my questions patiently, with knowledge and concern. I will be going back to Dr. Jain for all my future dental needs. PLUS he didnt overcharge me. Thank you Dr. Jain!

I will start off by saying this was the worst dental experience I have ever encountered. If I could rate Jain Family Dental a zero, I would. I was recommended to this fraudulent dentist to get some dental work done. Dr. Jain suggested that I get a few fillings. After the fillings I began to feel a constant pain. I then went back to him to express the discomfort and he then suggested I get a root canal on the same tooth that was causing discomfort. At that time he prescribed antibiotics and ibuprofen. After a week and a half or more pain I brought it up again to Dr Jain and he just said to continue taking the prescription. I was literally calling in weekly to express my discomfort and find out what was going on. The pain was so excruciating that it was bringing me to tears. Sick and tired of the run around I went to another dentist to get a second opinion and to get out of pain. I was surprised by the new dentists findings. He stated a root canal was never done and Dr. Jain did a deep filling in which he left gauze in my mouth under the filling causing an infection in my tooth. This was a total nightmare and I felt obligated to share this horrible experience. I hope that no one has to experience this and uses any other dentist than this crook.

I went to the dentist for my filling of a teeth. Upon consulting him, instead of focusing on teeth filling, his focus was on extraction of my wisdom teeth. I agreed for extraction, and I asked him to first fill my teeth which was having immediate issue. He filled my teeth and later without intimating me, since the extraction is also on the same side of the jaw, and my jaw was with anesthesia, he started extraction, in this process he damaged my adjacent teeth and he has not conveyed me to this after completion of the process. Later after a month it got infected and now eventually after 3 months, it became a situation that I have to get extracted the damaged teeth and go for implant, which was healthy earlier and not able to chew on that side of jaw from past 3 months. As I feel, he is so unethical in his duties. When I consulted him again, he says there could be a damage earlier, which he is not sure, but I feel he is just trying to justify himself. I dont want to visit this dentist again for my dental issues. This is my personal experience.

I was a new patient at Jain Family Dental Center in Lombard. Because my fillings were broken recently, I thought that Dr. Jain would repair them. He didnt, but he cleaned my teeth quickly. All he said was if I feel pain, which was possible because of possibly needing a root canal, I could come back. I appreciate his suggestion, however, at the same time, I feel that he wasnt serious about my dental care. I decided to go for a second opinion on the root canal. At that office, they requested the digital copy of my x-ray. I emailed Dr. Jain a request for the copy and he didnt reply. The new office tried to reach Dr. Jain without any luck, but I was able to reach him over the phone. He still refused to give me the digital copy, he instead gave me a paper copy of the x-ray. I feel that Dr. Jain is uneasy to talk to, so long, Dr. Jain.

I took my wife here today 01-25-16 because she was in a lot of pain and our dentist is in Chicago. So I called Dr Jain and his receptionist was great and told me they took walk ins and our insurance. Awesome! So we go and didnt wait 10 minutes before she was in the chair getting help with pain. The place is not pretty but dont let that stop you this dentist is truly a Dimond in the ruff. My dentist in the city is a very pretty place but I have never spent less than 3 hour their and they wouldnt pull her tooth that has been giving her hell for years. Dr Jain did for her in 15 minuts what our dentist wouldnt do in 3 years. Yes we are switching. Dont judge a book by its cover. And her pain is low because the man is good at what he do.

I recently was new to DR Jains office and in need of a cleaning and some filling taken care of. Since it had been a extended time since my last Dental visit I was in need of several fillings, which Dr. Jain was able to take care of for me in several separate appointments with no issue. I was recommended to Dr, Jain by a friend and I would not hesitate to recommend him myself to anyone in need of a good Dentist with a very nice and helpful staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jain for the past 6 years. He is the best Dentist I have had in my 45 years of life. At one point I needed a crown and he did a phenomenal job. He is gentle, proactive, and reasonable when it comes to charges. As my mother always said, "take care what you want to keep". Teeth should be one of those things you want to keep and it all starts with having a nice dentist like Dr. Jain!

This Dr deserves no stars and complete disgrace, i would call him Dr Evil coz this guys makes your worst nightmare come true , you will undergo severe trauma with his age old process and unnecessary treatments which only leaves pain for rest of our lives. He is only good at one thing sneaking into peoples insurance himself and then come up with unnecessary procedures.
