Ive been going to Smile Creations to see Dr Amayun for about 5 years now since I moved to the area. He is an exceptional dentist, to say the least. He is very professional yet very friendly and kind. He has gone above and beyond for me to ensure the best dental health possible . I came to him with a lot of dental issues, including several missing teeth and 2 partials. Because I cant afford to lose any more teeth, he is being very proactive and has me on a high maintenance/preventative cleaning schedule which I feel very confident is the maximum we can do to preserve my remaining teeth and dental health. I also am extremely chemically sensitive, and I came to him with the results of a blood test showing what dental materials are safe for me, which he refers to faithfully during any restoration procedure that would introduce new materials to my mouth. Recently, I was referred for gum surgery because of thinning gums. Because my case is so complex, he actually volunteered to attend my consultation with the periodontist, which he did, so that we could have a 3 way dialogue and develop a cohesive treatment plan. Dr Amayun never rushes through our appointments. He takes his time being meticulous with his work and explaining what we are doing. And while Ive tended to be quite a nervous dental patient much of my life, Dr Amayuns kindness, along with the lovely office setting and the ability to view movies or television while in the chair, all together have greatly reduced my anxiety, enabling me to be consistent with my dental care. I highly recommend Smile Creations !

I have been to a few different dentists over the last 10 years and never realized the significant difference in quality until I found Smile Creations. Dr. Amayun was recommended to me by a friend who had an amazing experience. I decided to give him a try because of his Harvard background. It impressed me and I knew that he was going to be good at what he does if he was able to get into that school. Im glad that I did because I had to have just about all of the cavities redone that previous dentists filled. I was in a LOT of pain and resorted to avoiding many foods because of it. Some of my previous fillings even came out! Dr. Amayun fixed it all and explained in great detail why it happened. I could not believe that some of the other dentists I went to previously did what they did. What a difference in quality!! I can tell that he has the most up to date equipment in his office because I have never seen anything like it. I will never jump from dentist to dentist again now that I found him. The fillings match my teeth and I am even able to chew gum without worrying. I can not say enough good things about this dentist! He even worked with me on payments and his staff was helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a good dentist in the Elk Grove or Schaumburg area this is the place you should start because you wont find a better dentist around here!

I have had a number of dentists over the years, and Dr. Amayun is by far the best dentist. My prior dentist would only spend a couple minutes with me, and I felt like the hygienist was my dentist. Dr. Amayun is not like this. He does the cleaning himself and offers explanations using videos to help you understand the condition of your gums and teeth. My gums were bleeding, and he gave me valuable tips to help me take better care of my teeth/gums at home. Prior dentists would only tell me to floss when I was already flossing daily. Dr. Amayun gave me great advice and treatment. Today, my gums are healthy and rarely bleed when I floss. I never had a dentist like Dr. Amayun who is generous with his time and truly cares about his patients.

Rude dental staff. The Dentist himself is rude and does not explain treatment plans well. Utilizes technology to overwhelm the patients with information. When requested to explain billing, wasnt treated with respect. Dentist kept repeating himself and wouldnt further explain what was being charged. Kept pushing for more extensive treatment when it was unnecessary due to previous dental visits at another office where we were customers for 15 years. Will never go back to this place. Highly recommend another office/dentist. Dentist is in no rush to assist its current or previous customers.

Awesome experience!! Very knowledgeable, personable and professional. The office is clean and modern looking. Everyone was so nice. Dr Amayun was great to talk to, and explained everything well. He made me very comfortable, since I was nervous about the work I needed done. In the past I feared the dentist now Im beginning to have great experiences and actually loving it!! They also took great care of my 4 year old, she enjoys having her teeth cleaned by them!

After being completely frustrated by our last Dentist who was constantly recommending procedures that were not needed, we have been very happy with Dr. Amayun. For the first time ever, we spend more time with the dentist and not a hygienist. The personal attention and care received is by far the best that I have seen. We are always given detailed explanation in laymans terms of any work that needs to be done that way we fully understand any procedure before we agree to it. Nice modern office. I had to get my wisdom teeth taken out and Dr. Amayun was easily able to take them out despite their being in a difficult angle to take out. I didnt need to be put under which I appreciated and was able to function shortly after that day. Very thorough and greatly pleased!
