12/9/2013 Arrived at my scheduled appointment which had to be scheduled about 2 months in advance. I was lured in by a $49 exam & cleaning coupon that I received in the mail. Let me tell you, its $49 for a reason. Their main goal is to get you in there so they can find any reason to convince you to pay them more. They start by trying to convince you to get an X-ray you dont need that isnt included in the $49 fee. Then, they do an absolutely wretched gum test where for several minutes, without any pain numbing, they stab your gums with a needle on the inside of every tooth and then on the outside. I was willing to go through all of this to find out more about my gums health. Unfortunately, the staff was young and poorly trained. Instead, of a professional dentist I could trust, I received two immature girls in their 20s who posed as dentists. They snickered and giggled as they blurted out commands that I needed a minute to get the hang of. I was laughed at, mocked, and basically forced to swallow my own blood when they asked me questions when I desperately wanted suction before answering. At that point, I had had enough and asked to speak to their manager. I left free of charge but I will never return and I know I wont receive any justice but at least I can share my story. The place is a scam. The posts on here with Dr. Rinando are clearly fake. I never even heard the name of my "dentist". Do not trust the dentists at Grove Dental.

I recently decided to change dentists. Through a little bit of online research, I came across Grove Dental and the positive reviews that it has received, so I felt it was worth trying out. My appointment was with Dr. Michael Bennett. I typically hate going to the dentist because 1) I hate getting lectured on my teeth, and 2) the dentist usually doesnt do a great job of explaining the work he plans to do, and more importantly, why it is necessary. Dental work can be expensive -- I always appreciate when a dentist spends his/her time explaining which procedure they recommend in a manner I can comprehend. This was clearly the case with Dr. Bennett -- he was far and away the best Ive had in all my experiences at a dentists office. Hes very friendly and personable, and I immediately felt comfortable with him. The work he did was top-notch, but what impressed me the most was not just the finished work or the price (which was 100% reasonable and fair), it was how you could tell that he really cares about his patients and how he can best serve their interests. Before, during, and after the appointment, he went above and beyond to answer any questions that I had. Im relieved that I found my new dentist at Grove Dental, and theres no chance that Ill be changing any time soon. Id give it 10 stars if I could.

Although I have been going to this practise for over a year now for my 6year old son I am unable to provide a feedback about the quality of the services provided. Before going to this dental place ,I have never been asked to wait in the lobby while the child is getting an exam and getting treatment done. After all is done ,the parent is called in to have a talk with the doctor. I didnt have a problem letting my 6 year old all by himself, but when I took my 3 year old I was once again asked to stay out. I tried to ask them to let me take a sneek peak but the lady in the office came running to the door to make sure I dont step in. After the appointment the nurse told me about my daughter crying and they took her to a " quiet room". My daughter is very shy and she will not complain...she cant tell if it hurt while getting her teeh cleaned or if the doctor even wore gloves. I dont think I will be continuing at this practice anymore.

Dr. Rinando was a lifesaver for me! I had veneers placed and I broke one in the middle of the night from grinding my teeth. Worse, I was leaving for vacation out of the country in the morning! I didnt know what to do. I called the emer line and they paged Dr.Rinando. I explained my situation and how my front veneer is broken. She could tell how stressed and upset I was. She came in to the office at 4 am for me to cement my veneer back on! I dont know many dentists that would go that extra mile. She is always very professional and has a great bed side manner! A five star rating for sure!

You will not be sorry if you have your dental work done here! Dr. Hollis has a chair-side manner next to none. Her work is impeccable and uses only the best suppliers so her crowns are as natural looking as they possibly can be. She is thorough and a perfectionist almost to a fault. She will not let you leave until she personally is satisfied with how your mouth looks. The term "pretty good" does not enter her mind at all !!! Add to this the friendly and professional staff and you will never want to see another dentist again!!

Im shocked to see some negative reviews on here- theyve been my dentist since I was about 7 (20 years ago) and Ive never felt taken advantage of or cheated-- I do my twice yearly cleanings, and thats it. Theyve never suggested, let alone pressured, me on unnecessary additional services. I do trust their staff and have always felt welcome there. And theyve done a good job taking care of my smile- over the 20 years Ive seen them Ive had no cavities or other tooth issues.

My girlfriend had a horrible experience with Dr.Hollis. She left a gap In between her front teeth because he was rushing. Her whole family has now switched dentists because of the poor quality service not just with my girlfriends but with her whole family. They overcharge, my girlfriend works in the dental field and HIGHLY RECOMMENDS looking elsewhere!

Grove Dental is great, I have been a patient since 2004 and would not go anywhere else. I just had a crown from Dr. Rinando this morning and it was PAINLESS! She and her asst Lou, were wonderful and knew I was a bit nervous and were so patient with me. I highly recommend Dr. Rinando and Grove Dental. 5 stars from me!!!

I have been a Grove Dental patient for my entire life and most recently have been seeing Dr. Bennett for the past couple years. His ability and bedside manner are top notch and I recommend him unequivocally. The staff are always courteous and respectful; appointments are on time as well.

Dr. Rinando and Lou are the best! I have no idea what these other people are talking about. My Wife, Daughter, Son, Mother-in-Law and myself have been going here since 1999. Dr Rinando and Lou are a great team. I love them both. Pain Managment is their top concern. Thanks For the RELIEF.

Dr. Bennett is an extremely capable dentist who Id trust with any procedure. Ive been fortunate enough to visit him only for cleanings and one filling (Im an occasionally-flossing/2x-a-day brushing man), but all my experiences have been very positive. Thanks, Dr. Bennett!

I was kind of scared because I read the reviews but they did a pretty good job. More than excellent. Im definitely coming back to Dr. Bennett. Megan also was amazing.
