I went to this location for therapy two years ago after breaking my ankle and having it surgically repaired. I had a great experience at the time. Recently I went back because I had lost range of motion in my left shoulder and my doctor had approved therapy. She and I were hoping that this would help me avoid continued problems, the shoulder worsening, and possible surgery in the future. Mike, the therapist I worked with, helped me get range of motion back. He did a great job of manually manipulating elements of my shoulder to get things released and moving again. He made sure I understood some of the little movements I needed to make in order to isolate certain muscles to support my shoulder. He worked through each exercise I needed to do in the office, as well as giving me a home exercise program while I was getting therapy. Once I completed therapy there, Mike made sure I had all the resistance bands I would need to continue working at home. Im back to being able to move my shoulder the way it should. The best part of this location is that they make everything fun, even when its really hard work. I laughed a lot, which made the time and work seem to go faster. The staff (Mike, Christa, Nick and Gabi) are all excellent and they really care about getting you back on your feet and back to normal.

I went to the Athletico on Montgomery Rd, Aurora, IL following hip replacement surgery. Most of my therapy was handled by Mike but it is a total team effort. If anyone saw me finish an exercise they were right there to get me started on the next or ask if I needed anything. The entire staff keep things light and upbeat to the point on me looking forward to going to PT. I completed my sessions in MUCH better shape than when I started. I have needed physical therapy before and it wasnt like this. They even arranged transportation for me until I could drive again. If I need follow up or additional PT this will be my location of choice.

love the staff at Aurora South.! great people. Mike,; the head trainer and manager is amazing. He is very kind and he truly cares for his patients and wants to see them get better and thrive. The atmosphere is very engaging and warm. I highly highly recommend this location.

Mike and the team at Atheltico Aurora South are fantastic. Make you feel at home and cared for while working through your therapy. Would recommend to anyone needing therapy
