If you care about the kind of care you or your loved one will receive, SRI is the best in the area, I met Pat when he was just a kid starting out working for another company (1983) and have used his services over the past 25 to 30 years, we live here in the summer & south for the winter & over the years as Ive abused my body Ive had the opportunity to experience several others including rehab institute of Chicago, & Marion Joy, both fine heavy duty big name rehab places....never found any one as knowledgeable or caring as Pat and the few he selects for his team, if you notice he does not have 5 or 10 locations, because he prefers that he is there and hands on approach of making sure your getting the very best care & latest techniques, so if your looking for the very best and no disappointments....this is the place !!!

I went to SRI today and was so offend by the way the front desk person handled the billing and insurance. She wanted me to pay them my remaining deductible for the year, before I ever received an EOB from my insurance company or a bill from SRI showing contracted rates with my PPO. So offended when she said & I quote " We have to make sure you are going to pay your bill." I dont know how you can have any clients when you treat people like this and mishandle insurance billing in such a way. I would never recommend this company to anyone again. Its a shame, because I was a previous client and by the way, my bill was paid in full. I will take my prescription to M&M or another PT company. There are a lot of choices.

Pat has the best hands. He knows exactly what is needed to fix my neck. Better yet, he admits what he cant fix and doesnt waste your time. I see Pat about every 3 years and only let him work out my disk issues. It keeps me from going under the knife. Very personalized attention. Dont know what the other woman is talking about with billing. I walk in expecting to pay each time, and they say they bill after the insurance does their thing.

I was referred to SRI(Pat) by my surgeon with a glowing recommendation. Since being treated I have seen both Pat and Rick and they compliment each other very well. Very knowledgeable, polite, and they always go above and beyond for me. As an honest opinion, one would be silly to go anywhere else if youre in the area. After all, Im really keeping them honest with my difficult injury.

After just one session my back stopped hurting and I could move well again. Much better success than any chiropractor I have ever tried. My whole family has been treated, SRI is great with high school athletes. The owner has broad and extensive training and is quite frankly the best in the field that I have ever come across. Highly recommended.

I loved Pat. The owner. He is very compassionate, competent and worked with others in his network to make sure he was doing what was right for me. I had a very complicated case. Ive seen a number of PTs for the same issue and Pat gave me the most relief.
