This clinic has become such a disgrace in the latino community. The doctors frequently gossip and exchange information about patients IN FRONT OF OTHER PATIENTS AND STAFF. Its often, if not always, with a mocking tone. They also seem to be far more concerned with what new watch or car to buy than the care of their patients. This leads to frequent changes in medication with little to no explination to the patient. I have heard others (and my self included) complain that after spending X amount of money that they will simply tell you that they can no longer help you and "advise" you to seek help elsewhere. Or in the case of a family friend with a severe problem with ovarian cysts recently told me " I was being treated there for over a year and yesterday they told me that i would be "technically" be alright and they thought i was strong enough to live with the pain the rest of my life". I advised her to seek another doctor and possibly legal counsel. She saw another doctor and was told she would need emergency surgery to remove the cysts that were now the size of baseballs. What the hell type of medical service is this? The worst thing about this is that she is one of dozens of ex-patients with the same type of story. The people coming in seeking profesional medical help are treated and seen as cash cows. ESPECIALLY IF THEY DONT HAVE INSURANCE OR IF THEY PAY IN CASH. They dont really care to actually treat your ailments, but they do seem to want you ro come back as frequently as possible. Whether its changing your medication or dose, seeing a new doctor inthe facility, it doesnt really matter as long as your cash stays with them. This is a truly a disgrace to not only the medical community, but to the latino and hispanic community as well. Here was a really great opportunity to help and propell the community forward ruined by the greed and monitary abtion. As a former patient who recommended this facility to numerous people, i feel it is only right to make this information known to a wider degree. Maybe it started out with good intentions, but it has now become another entity entirely. How this place hasnt been shut down for medical malpractice is beyond me. I advise any former patient to stand up for their rights as human beings and seek legal advice if they feel that this facility has medically abused them.

The doctors are great 4 stars. The front desk however are rude and unprofessional. Dr. Sais i need to see u back in one month. And front dest contradicts the doctors request. Plus you call and you are waiting on line for more than 44 minutes for someone to answer the phone. OH big problem. That small parking lot is NOT for the patients. The staff uses it. Which fills up spaces quick. Patients with babies look for parking on the street. And front dest gets mad because we end up arriving 5 min late. The lab ladies move the needle arround and arround not caring for the babies pain and when you tell them to take it easy on the baby they get mad and say this is my job iv been doing it for 30 years! !!! They are obnoxious and rude as well. All my concerns about this clinic were directed to admin and things stay the same. Whats the point of the complaint box. My complaint was sitting in that box for more that one month.

The people in the front and medical assistance were rude and gossip instead of attending us. I signed my name to be next to make an appointment and they helped someone who just walked up to the desk instead. Last time I took my daughter we took an hour waiting for her name to be called and once it was we waited in the patient room for 45 minutes! The doctor saw her for 2 minutes, walked out and told me wait for this paper. I waited but got mad and walked out the room to see all the medical assistants gossiping outside the room instead of helping us.

Es una pésima y fastidiosa clínica son muy exigentes para llegar a tiempo alas citas y tardar más de 3 horas para atenderte que pésimo servicio y luego no sirven para llenar bien los papeles para los físicos de la escuela .

My mother in law goes here. She cant read or write, so they basically dont explain things like taking medication correctly. Plus she gets there early to register and make her wait hours. Understandable there many patients and doctors are busy, but why book so many appts if they cant keep up or short hand on help. Plus mercy hospital not so great. If ppl dont like there job find a new profession. You are getting paid for choosing that career.

This place is horrible! Wait time to see a doctor is hours. The front desk receptionist are rude. When you try to talk to someone at the desk before you go see a doctor they ignore you. You can stand there and they literally just walk past you and wont even acknowledge you the. Alivio is a great clinic but you have to go to the one on Morgan. I have no complaints there. But this place is just terrible.

Its horrible, employees have bad attitude. specially in the blood lab ...smh they take along time to see a patient ,I know we could go to another clinic, but we dont have to go ,the rude employees are the one that should change location,

Midwives are amazing as well as the doctors. The front desk, however, never answers calls. Every time I am there, I NEVER hear the phones ring and they always say the lines are busy. They are rude and very unprofessional. They will hold a conversation with one another while you are in front of them..
