I gave them 2 stars because I like the advanced technology service they provide. But the referral system they do is so messed up. They need to get rid of all human staff at their clinic and just keep the machines to do the Job. They reffered to a specialist THEY DID! The reason why I capitalized that is because when I went to the specialist after 3 weeks waiting and taking unpaid time off from work!! Because that was the nearest date the specialist had. So I go in and give them my insurance card and they inform me this "oh sorry we dont take your insurance!!" I was like, but my doctors office picked the specialist name from the list of providers through my insurance. Long story short they blamed me, because it is common sense that, I had to call and check if they were a provider through my insurance. Even though it was the clinic that picked the specialist from the providers list. They blame the patients
