Dr. West and Dr Fish are so nice and make you feel at ease and comfortable. they always help me get my back and shoulders in place quickly, and help me with the tension migraines I get related to my neck and shoulder issues ! I love the joint it is sooo affordable I have the monthly plan, 4 visits for 69$ is perfect since I go weekly . Everywhere else a single visit is $40 to 50 (& here it is I think 39$) so you get 4 adjustments for less than the cost of 2. And you can walk in any time ! Its great ! I wish they hadnt closed some of the other locations but this one isnt too hard to get to if you drive.

These people lost my business before it started. I walked in and both th chiropractor and receptionist were casually hanging out in front. I was told that they close at 7 so they couldnt take me. I looked at my phone and it was 6:37. They said paperwork would take 10 min and the appointment 20 and they didnt want to rush me. I explained I have a newborn and I have been trying to get free for 2 weeks. Nope, it was more important for them to leave right at 7 instead of 5 after. Also, the only previous review is quite obviously fake.

The staff is great, but the location is difficult to get to if you dont drive. Multiple locations just closed in the city that were very convenient. New management: PLEASE open a location within reasonable walking distance of a train (10 minutes or less). Having to take a train to 25 minute bus ride is difficult to work into a 8-5 work schedule especially when the busses are sometimes spaced 20 minutes apart. I was coming 1-2 times a week before the other locations closed, now Im lucky if one get there once a week.
