I just finished my 20th treatment and am very impressed with the treatment that 21st Century Chiropractic has individualized for me. I have spinal stenosis (narrowing of the canal) in 2 discs. On my first visit, Dr Helwig did a couple of diagnostic scans on my back and told me exactly where my problems were. It matched the mri results that I had provided them with. The diagnostic equipment is really high tech. Dr Helwig explained that although my spinal stenosis is incurable, there is a way to get a little bit more space in the spinal canal and make my quality of life much better. The treatment consists of (1) a high tech spinal adjustment and vibrating massage. (2) Spinal decompression. (3) high tech electrical muscle stimulation. (4) physical therapy (5) a really fantastic massage. in addition, I receive a laser treatment on my hip which has helped immensely. I am now walking without a cane around the house. I only take it along when I go out. My pain when walking is gone. The doctors and the employees at the clinic are all wonderful and helpful. But the best thing of all is that Medicare plus my Plan F Medicare Supplement covers everything and I pay zero out of pocket for 24 treatments per year. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have been going to 21st Century Chiro for less than a year, and my only regret is that I waited so long before going there. The staff is Professional, compassionate, skilled, efficient and friendly. Appointments are always on time, yet you never feel rushed or processed. In the months that I have been under their care, I have had gentle, individual care and always feel so much better, relaxed and in less pain following the treatments. The Desk Staff are always cheerful and never too busy to help with scheduling, billing and answering questions. Dr. Jess and all the therapists are compassionate, attentive and fully aware of each individual patients special needs. Even when they are very busy, they treat each patient as an individual and never as a nameless, faceless number. The special thoughtful touches, like Trivia contests and having energy drinks and treats available adds the Human/Humane touch that makes 21st Century Chiropractic stand far above their peers. I love going to this place.....Dr. Jessica is very kind & caring, truly listens to you when you tell her where exactly the pain is.....Yogi the physical therapist works one to one with you...stretching you in the exact place where the stretch will benefit you the most. Never, ever had a physical therapist work with me as he does....have previously gone to other physical therapy places, nothing compares to the kind of help I have received from Yogi.

this is by far the worst doctors visit I have ever had. The front office was very nice in the beginning and there after very unhelpful. They even went as far as calling me a "loser" after I turned my back and didnt even spell my name right. This office is ultimately just trying to make as much insurance money as possible they dont car about their patients.

I love the ProAdjuster at 21st Century! It is the only place around the area where I have found this. It works great to get me out of pain. Doc. Jess and all her staff are top notch ! Always friendly , caring , helpful , and knowledgeable. I was treated for severe lower back pain and it didnt take long for the staff to achieve relief. That was years ago and now I continue to see them for maintenance and I feel great ! Thank you all.
