Words cant describe the life changing experience I have received upon being in the hands of Ruof Chiropractic Care. I started with a consultantation visit which led to a phenomenal adjusting of my back upper / lower area. Prior to starting my adjustments I had major back problems, neck/shoulder aces, pains & worst of all, a major sleeping disorder, you can say mostly due to 15 years of retail work. After a couple weeks on being on the docs game plan of couple adjustments a week along with some more detailed work I must confess I literally became a new person, posture improved, pains 95% gone & best of all my sleep improved 100x! I can go on and on how this was a eye opener on the importance of ones chiropractic care. Of course what makes my experience better is the staff, office manager Rae is incredible, very detailed, organized, knowledgeable, awesome attitude, a great asset to the business. Cant forget the doc, Dr. Nathan Ruof, a gift from god he is to say the least, I wish I would had known of their existance way before we crossed paths. Great location, plenty of parking available, nice waiting area, complimentary ice cold water bottles! appointment reminders via text or email are the best. I continue being a patient with my monthly adjustments & definitely will continue on to be a Ruof Chiropractic patient for a lifetime, highly recommended to all.

I would like to say how much I love Ruof Chiropractic, I have been in treatment 2-3 times per week due to an unfortunate accident at the beginning of the year, Dr Nate has taught my how to deal with my pain thru patience and understanding, if I was having a bad day he would help me turn it around. Dr Nate is very compassionate, he really cares about how you feel and how he will make things better for his patients. I would also like to compliment Dr William Hayduk he has also been a huge part of my healing, he will listen and explain procedures such as Supartz which is to help replace cartledge in the knees, I am now doing very well and owe it to these caring Doctors, I actually look forward to my appointments because I know that I am well on the road to recovery and also have met so many people that go to Dr Nathan Ruof for relief of some type of pain, I must say everyone I meet is very happy with their results including my husband who is also in treatment for his back. If you need to make an appointment Dr Nates wonderful assistant Rae is also very compassionate and will take time to help you with any information you may need.

I have been suffering from migraines and lower back pain for many years and have sought chiropractic help many times. To different degrees it helped. At times the relief was minor, at others it was enough to keep me going back but often wishing it would be greater and longer lasting. I was actually seeing the previous doctor who owned this practice and receiving what I would describe as adequate care. It wasnt until Dr. Ruof took over that I realized exactly how therapeutic and pain relieving chiropractic care can be. He is, by far, the best chiropractor I have ever seen, and there have been many. His adjustments offer instant, yet lasting relief for my chronic pain. I no longer NEED to go in every two weeks to be adjusted. Im actually getting BETTER. I cannot express how wonderful a feeling it is when youve suffered for the many years that I have. Dr. Ruof is wonderful and I am thankful that he is now my chiropractor.

It is a true blessing to have such an amazing Chiropractic care in OakLawn! What a wonderful place it is, where you feel welcomed and taken care of ! Starting with Rae, the office manager, with her bright smile and positive vibes that make you feel you are in safe hands the minute you walk in. And Dr. Ruof, the superhero, who is a great person and a professional Chiropractor, and "in my opinion" he could be the greatest psychologist I could ever have!!! He knows how to make you feel good. You wont leave his practice the same way you come in. Not only he takes care of your pain and adjusts you, but he also deviates your bad mood and negativity into laughter and positivity! He is caring, selfless and compassionate. His number one priority is your well being. He talks to you as if he knows you since ever! I am grateful to find this place and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The front desk person is extremely nice and professional. She knows remembers all the patients names which is amazing! You can tell she loves what she does I dont want to butcher the spelling of her name but she is very welcoming. The doctor himself is very cool! Kind of gives you the barbershop where you just talk while he performs his service. I had real back pain and couldnt bend down to lift anything. With his help in 4 weeks, I was able to bend, twist, and continue my excersises. Hard to believe that the clinic services everyone with only 3 people and the wait time is incredibly short. A women named Nadia I believe represents them as far as getting the name out there and is also a sweetheart. This is unlike any clinic Ive been ever been too and fully recommend going there. Lovely staff and REAL results on recovery

The best. I woke up with horrible back pain one morning. As a firefighter/paramedic my back takes a beating. Work comp wouldnt cover it since it couldnt be tied to one specific incident. I looked up local chiropractors close to home, and by luck I found him. Went in and quickly diagnosed the problem. I felt better instantly, and while I still had the pain as the doc worked things out, my function started to return to normal. Over the next few weeks things got progressively better. Today I can stand, walk, lift, pull and move like I did before the morning this all started. I cant say enough good things here, the doc really saved by back and potentially the rest of my career. If you need a chiropractor dont go anywhere else, this is where the real deal is!

I have been receiving regular chiropractic treatments for the past 3 months and since then I can feel the improvement in my daily routine. While I did not suffer a major accident that required the need of a chiropractor I felt overall back discomfort and localized pain in my neck. I am a grad student and sitting at a desk for a long period of time can become very painful. The treatments allowed me continue with my work and not be in pain. I felt improvements after only a few treatments. Dr. Rouf and his staff are very kind and welcoming. They have created a friendly environment that makes you feel at ease when receiving treatments. Dr. Rouf is very thorough and skilled. I would highly recommend this office for any treatment!

I was a bit apprehensive about seeing a chiropractor, and a bit skeptical that it could even help me. I had been getting cramps in my calf muscles for a few years from walking even short distances. Dr. Ruof was able to dignose the problem area and started treatment immediately. He is very down to earth, and patient. He didnt even get mad when I kicked him during a treatment (true story).... Did I mention he has a great sense of humor too ? I would, and have recommended him to friends and family. A review would not be complete without mentioning his receptionist Rae. She is wonderful, friendly and always has a smile on her face... Especially when you bring her hash browns from McDonalds ! They are good people.
