So I called and ask to make an appointment for my puppy that has a really bad lump on his head and I dont know why and I was told I should get it looked at but they will not be able to help me cause they are too busy??? Like I said they must be good then, it left me feeling like they didnt care about animals just business, if they couldnt help you would think that they would want to make sure that you have the next best thing (and they can recommended) if I was them and was lucky enough to be so busy I would at least make sure I kept up my reputation of customer service. She could have made suggestions on where else I could go but nothing just sorry we cant see you at all this year in those exact words lol wow. not very nice of them..

My boyfriends mother took her beagle who had a large lump on the base of her tail. One of the doctors told her "we need to amputate it". His mother had gone to a few other locations to get more opinions. As she mentioned to the doctor what other doctors said having nothing to do with amputation, he said "go to those doctors then". i told her about a better and cheaper vet in summit and all it was an infection that needed surgery to drain the inside. Do not go here due to the lack of knowledge and ignorance. It may even cost you your pets tail.

I take all 5 of my pets to Janda and i am always satisfied with their care. He is straight to the point and doesnt force me to get stuff for my pets like my previous vet did. There are always appointments available and very nice service. I will continue to bring my animals here

I love this place! We have been bringing our pets here for 30 years, and I dont only mean just our personal pets -- our whole family brings our furry friends here. Dr. is very kind to the animals and the prices are reasonable.

its sucked, just by talking over the phone to the receptionist, i could tell she was not going to help. they told me that janda was busy and they said they couldnt help me. very poor service.
