I had the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life at Sears Optical in May. The only person working in the office was fitting another person, she told me it would be a couple of minutes. So I was checking out other options in frames. This lady came up to me and "told" me to sit down. OK, I sat down. My turn came, I told her the insurance was expiring on my lens and would like them replaced. She then told me it would be $$ more. I aske if the insurance covered it, she said NO! and you were told that! I said I do not remember, i was not disputing that they told me, I was trying to figure why I would buy insurance and still pay twice the insurance amount for new lens. This lady continued to yell at me. As I left this store a U.P.S. driver herd her form outside and said to me What the hell. I just got an email from Sears to remind me of an appointment i made on my first visit. I called to cancel, I was told there are no doctors on Wednesday. This place needs a responsible office manager that has a clue of what is going on. I feel sorry for those people with prior appointments showing up on days without doctors. I will not be back
