I have been seeing Dr. Margolin for years and am so blessed to have EVER found him! He is the BEST Dr I have ever had and takes care of my son too. The doctors in his network are also the best and I know if he is the one referring me I will be taken care of. He will not stop until he has an answer to your problem and he knows what he is talking about. He does not act like your typical stuck up doc who has better things to do, I know I can walk in and talk to him like a person and he will treat me with the same respect. If you have an issue with someone in his staff or someone he sent you to he takes care of it immediately as well. I refer EVERYONE I know looking for a new GOOD doctor to him and will continue! Having to wait or be put on hold for a few min just means people want to see him and hes good in my books, not that theres a problem!

No Doctor in Illinois exceeds the level of excellence that Dr. Margolin provides! I have used over 15 doctors in the last 40 years and Dr. Margolin is the best there is! He will not stop until he finds out whats wrong with you. Has an extensive network of top rated professional specialists, and has the best personality out of all other doctors I have ever met. If you want the best, then Dr. Margolin is it! Dont pay attention to the a couple negative reviews out there based on how long they had to wait to either be seen or were on the phone! If you want the best health care there is, then waiting a few minutes more on the phone or in the waiting room is worth your health, wouldnt you agree?!?!?

I have been searching for 20 years on some rare condition I have. I have switched over 20 doctors in that time span. Dr. Margolin has been the number one doctor I have ever met. He will listen and fight to get you answers. Even though we have still not found out why I am sick, he has been their 110% of the time and has pushed for every test in a quick and professional manner. All these stupid ratings on the offices receptionist and giving him one star is stupid. Its hard to find good staff. Dont rate a doctor on his staff. He is in my book the best doctor in Lake County.

This place is horrible I would never recommend anyone to go there!! I waited over an hour and still didnt get seen. The staff there is very incompetent and they over booking their doctors. Worst experience ever. If doctor margolin had a different office with a staff that knew what they r doing then maybe maybe I would go see him again. But never never ever will I go to this office again!!!

I really like this Dr. He actually listens to me. He doesnt just give me the once over and shove me out the door. As far as bashing the staff, I have had no problems with them and found them to be helpful to me in dealing with a work related issue. Ive not had to wait long, but I have been told he cant see me for a few weeks, but that happened only once.

Dr. Margolin does not listen, does not pay attention when filling out paperwork so now its incomplete and an even bigger issue, he literally GOOGLES things in front of patients... I once asked him to switch a prescription to a different brand, and he prescribed the exact same brand medication. Very unprofessional, incompetent, and rude.

This doctor margolin is overbooked and uninterested I had high cortisol levels he said he knew nothing about that thats a pretty basic issue with any patient... Arrogant and he needs to learn to put his ego aside and go back to medical school on a personal note he is not a person with values and morals ..

Very nice Dr. He listens to everything I said. Very caring. I needed referrals and he gave me them in 1 visit. I would recommend him to everyone. As for the staff. They are very nice. Thank you very much!! I would definitely recommend him.

Busy office, Dr.Margolin will work with you on your concerns and provide advice, medication samples, referrals, prescriptions. Ask your questions, he will answer. Waiting area has diversions for children.
