I would give 0 stars if I could. I should have taken down his name. He was very uneasy and almost seemed like he has never taken blood out from infants. Needed my assistance (i understand, Im the mother of the child) I should have seen the warning signs... 1.) couldnt find a vein, kept going back & forth 2.) would sanitize the arm and then touch with bare finger (Ive seen this, could be common but still very unprofessional) 3.) as stated before, asked for me assistance (my husband was already holding my baby in place) 4.) theres a trash can for garbage, why did I just see him throw the alcohol wipe to the floor (lazy, lazy, lazy) 5.) this 1 hurts the most-- once needle was in, he moved it around up/ down & side to side because blood wasnt flowing. 6.) he had the nerve to yell for the receptionist to help him hold down my baby, the only reason she began to stand was to escape from that traumatizing experience. NOW, I didnt study phlebotomy but Ive been poked various times enough to know you dont do that, let alone to an infant. THAT is VERY DANGEROUS!!!! My baby crying with much pain I immediately told him to stop. Those seconds seemed like years by the way she was crying and screaming, tears dropping to the floor. She is only 9 MONTHS! I wanted to storm out. My baby has never held me so tight. Now what comes next is plain ignorance, he claimed i was anxious and my husband was nervous the whole time & he couldnt do his job right. My husband was cool as a cucumber and all I did was react to what was happening in front of my eyes like any other mother would have done for her child. Drawing out blood is no joke or anything to take lively, let alone poke and move needle around like a toy. AVOID COMING HERE!

The billing staff are terrible!!! Scheduled a follow up visit after an ER visit. Initially spoke with someone who was kind and knowledgeable. Doctor requested a second visit the following week. Late in the afternoon the day before the visit the harassment started. The PCP wasnt the listed on my insurance card wasnt the same as was listed on the insurance site. BS!!! Spent 2 hours on the phone with insurance who assured me that he was covered plus they had already billed and received payment the week before. They insisted that the insurance was giving me an incorrect reference code. Insurance said that they did 4 times!!!! Finally the day of the appointment I was able to have someone call from the doctors office to verify coverage (I had asked that the day before and all Pam would do is read from her script) same woman actually called today wow what an incredible thing (sarcasm) the insurance told her exactly what they had told me 4 times, yes the patient is covered TODAY however the new card is being still being processed but YES patient is covered. She called me back to say (Pam from the doctors office) that he was not. I really hope that karma is a b$&%^. She never listened to me just kept to her script. This is not where I will end this by any means. Feel bad for patients that are unable to stand up for themselves

The doctor on staff just shuffles the patient to and from different departments. Major issue with pain and immobility. Therapy has not helped. Have had x-ray, and MRI. NO results as of yet from an MRI taken on Friday. Called DR today, he suggested coming IN for yet another appt with his office.. for what? This is outrageous.. if you feel that you would like to continue treatment, all the while in excruciating pain? Call this doctor. He is not doing his job. He is passing this patient to therapy and treatment. HISTORY of this same ailment on file. When will this doctor actually due this job? Was told to take an ambulance to the office since walking is not an option. Nor waiting in the waiting room. The Dr. has all the necessary information to prescribe `` narcotics`` as he called them. Narcotics are not a cure.. they are a crutch. When will this Dr. do his job? No diagnosis as of today.. shameful way to do business..tired of hearing that IF he is not better, to come in AGAIN.. I too called five times, Busy busy busy busy.. no emergency line to call or no after hours answering service.. HORRIBLE PLACE TO TRY TO GET HELP.. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.. IF YOU NEED SOME MEDICAL CARE.

Terrible service. Every time I call I have to wait for more than 20 minutes to make an appointment. My husband went the lab, the lady was so rude. She asked too many questions in regards the primary insurance holder and the relationship also she question the ID my husband provided. She was worst than a police officer. This is unacceptable. She should be fired, this can be consider discrimination.
