The office has been getting consistently worse in patient service and communication. The staff does not follow through on returning phone calls or explanations of issues.There seems to be no communication between staff members and Drs. All of these things have led to diminished quality of care. Our Dr. Was on Vacation for 2 weeks , during that time I required a prescription to be refilled that I have been taking consistently for over 6 years.. The Pharmacy tried 8 times to reach the office. I called and left 3 messages requesting the prescription be filled. each time I was told that I would receive a call back the next day. Each time I NEVER received a phone call back. After I started having withdrawal symptoms from the medication ( panic attacks, heart palpitations) I attempted to have the Dr paged. I was told by the answering service that the Dr does not want to be bothered with prescription issues.

I was there only once and had an appointment made weeks before. They were great. Kind respectful all of the above. I picked them to be my family doctor. Took me a long time because I am very picky. One day I had the worst flu, fevers over 103, shakes, chest pressure the works. I called to schedule an appointment that day or next. They would not see me. They do not have emergency appointments. I had to go to a walk in clinic and by bill came for $1100.00 all because the family doctor could not see me. I am not happy and looking for another doctor.

Dr Stewart takes his time with each patient - you may have to wait longer than other doctors which is only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 but he is an excellent Doctor -thorough and takes the time to answer your questions. His partners are also great doctors and the nurse and reception staff are always welcoming and helpful.

Absolutely love Dr Schwer ! We have fuve kids and Hes been our family doctor for over 10 years , and we dont plan on ever leaving this practice . Dr. Schwer has a family practice and handles kids , adults and people with Special needs ( like our youngest son ) . Dr. Schwer goes above and beyond .

Dr Stewart has terrible follow through with patients. He mat be a competent Dr. But there are plenty of other Doctors around that seem to care more about their patients than he does.
