We have been a long time customer and even continued to go there after moving to St. Louis. But, Dr. Longs treatment of my son this past week, has us switching dentists for the whole family. Hes 4 years old and obviously had a bad reaction when he saw the tools to pull his tooth. So, they suggested having him see a pediatric dentist. We preferred to not have him see a different dentist and go back and forth. So, my wife spoke with the office on Friday and they said they would give it a second try, because my son was willing to do it with his daddy there this time. I took off work and took him to the appointment, only to find out that it had been canceled without our notification. I was then told that Dr. Long refused to see my son. No needless to say, she has lost this familys business. Well take it to someone who appreciates and respects their customers.
