I had my first (and hopefully last) root canal at Creating Smiles. Like everyone else, I was more than a little apprehensive at the thought of a root canal. Everyone has heard the horrible stories about someone`s painful and uncomfortable root canal. Dr Pineda made the entire procedure as comfortable and pain free as possible. The worst pain I felt was the shot to numb the area before the procedure, contrary to the horror stories I kept running through my mind as I sat in the dental chair. I write this one day after my root canal, while I am enjoying a Subway sandwich. A week ago I would not be enjoying the sandwich because I could not chew my food, hence the need for a root canal. Needless to say, I am very pleased with the services and staff at Creating Smiles. Go see for yourself. You will be glad you did.

I was very nervous at my consult because I have had more bad experiences than good. I knew I needed a lot of work done and that was overwhelming but it really made me feel comfortable to be able to see on the screen what the techs seen, to be given options in an atmosphere where you didnt feel pressured, or rushed, and to have everything explained. The office is modern and welcoming. The staff is sincerely friendly and knowledgable. Im so happy I found Dr. Pinedas office and Im not at all hesitant to go back. I have seen for myself why this office has gotten such high reviews and another 5 stars has been added.

We had a great experience. It was my 3 year olds first dentist visit and everyone there made her feel comfortable. She absolutely loved it. I really liked how everything was explained to me while viewing the pictures. No other dentist as ever taken that much time to make me feel comfortable, knowledgeable, and welcome!
