They did not do their job and check my insurance BEFORE starting my appt. I was told by more than one employee they accepted my insurance in network, but they actually were out of network. I switched my dentist of 11 years because I did not want the out of network costs that were involved. I let this office know that and they failed to do their part, then expected me to pay an out of network bill. Seriously, those employees need to pay the difference or do the proper thing and adjust it off like any other ethical business would do when they are at fault!

This was my first visit to this dentist. When I sat in the chair, I told them only wanted the services my insurance will pay for. She stated not sure what my insurance pay. However, I heard her when she called my insurance company to verify my coverage. I waited 20 minutes for her to call my insurance. When I insisted this was She actually push me several times!! When the exam was over, they did not ask me if I wanted to schedule another appointment. My lips are sore, teeth hurt, and the place was not clean. Do not go to this place!

The medication from my procedure today has just worn off, and I am surprised to share with you that my teeth feel better than they have in weeks! I was anticipating some pain, after three hours in the dental chair, but I have none. Thanks to Dr. Parker, Patty and Steve, who are three of the nicest folks in town, I am whole again! Couldnt ask for better service from three great people.

Great dental office. Dr. Parker is very nice and funny and puts you at ease right away. The office is new and beautiful and family friendly. Theres a wide variety of drinks in the lobby, and the workers are very friendly! Recommend it to anyone!
