This Joliet branch of Home Instead is the worst I have ever worked for and very underpaid compared to the others. They are quick to hire people but have no work for you. After waiting 2 months to start working I had a client that wasnt a good match for me and made me feel really uncomfortable. I informed the agency of the situation and was removed from this client and they never called with a replacement. I reached out to them to see what was going on but never received a response. They are very unprofessional but the paint a great picture like they are the best and care about their clients. I would highly recommend Home Instead Lagrange to anyone because our voice matters to them, way better pay, they are very compassionate to their clients and most of all, they value their caregivers. I am very unhappy with the way I was treated by this agency and plan to take this matter to a higher authority. I have a strong work history and great work background therefore all my current supervisors can speak on my behalf. I didnt deserve to be treated the way I was and they will pay one way or the other.
