Do not use this place. Unorganized... Staff doesnt know what the hell is going on. Ive been waiting for CPAP supplies for almost 2 months. Every time I call I get nothing but bullshit excuses. Today, I was first told that there was no order in the system for me, despite being told it was being processed 2 weeks ago and they would be calling me in a few days to confirm it had been shipped. After being put on hold, I was told it was shipped out on Nov 9 and they dont know why I wouldnt have gotten the package. After telling them that on Nov 11, I was told it was still processing (2 days after I was told that only 1 person in the entire company could access my file)... I was put on hold again and then told that the insurance had just finished processing last night (Nov 18) and it would be shipped out today "hopefully." Absolutely terrible service. Id recommend trying to make your own supplies before you call this company

I have Sleep Apnea, so I need a CPAP machine to sleep better and live a healthier life. Recently I had to replace my machine for a new one. LIke most companies out there TTH is profitting off the get healthy life style. They are over charging for needed medical equipment after telling me it was covered by my insurance.. I was billed $2400 for a machine, hose, nose piece, and head strap. OUTRAGOUSE!!!! I feel I was scammed by their customer service department and lied to. There billing department is trained to collect MONEY. Cause that is all the company cares about. They are not in it to help anyone. LIke most people out there I can not afford to live a healthy life style with prices like this.

There are two kinds of people at TTH. Awesome and awful. Depends on who you speak to or who the driver is and there doesnt seem to be any oversight. I have tried to make complaints to supervisors about the driver who calls and says he will be at my home in 25 mins and is still nowhere to be found an hour later ( every single month) but nothing comes of it. I dread having to deal with them every month. I have made several attempts to move to a better company but TTH will not cooperate with the company but my husband NEEDS his supplies so I end up giving in and sticking with them. Do yourself a favor and just start off with a better company such as Orsini.

These ppl are scammers.....my insurance pays for all equipment & this one month they tried to bill me for something & i called my insurance and they told me to call thh and tell them resubmit it because they would approve....Total home health refused and kept sending me bills and i called my insurance company many times.... One time total home called me and i went off on the rep telling her what insurance said and that i was not paying They removed the charge

Unresponsive Billing Office: Left 6 voicemails over a two week period before finally speaking with someone. I asked if I could call on Friday to set up a payment plan. It is now Friday and I have left two messages. Prices are outrageous. Insurance was billed over $4000 for a machine that costs less than $900. The charges included parts of the machine that can not be detached. The insurance wasnt even concerned. I wish my doctor hadnt used them.

I should have taken heed to the previous reviews from this place. This is NOT a good company to deal with in regards to Home Health Therapy. I have been scammed out of over $386 dollars from this place in 3 months. They have too many inexperienced customer service reps working for them and they do a horrible job at explaining their billing policies. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! GO ELSEWHERE!

They are ridiculous and need to be investigated for lack of responsibility handling oxygen therapy. They dont call back like they are supposed to and I had to purchase supplies from another vendor. Investigation is needed by Medicare and any other companies!!!! Talking to management is a joke as well. Dont waste tour time if you can obtain professional business from somewhere else.

Ive had good experience with Total Home Health. They supply my sons G-Tube supplies and have delivered needed items when they say they will, usually within 24 hours. They recently delivered a hospital bed in a timely manner, as well. We did have a billing discrepancy once, I called about an item that we were erroneously charged for, and they took care of it in one phone call.

The machine that adds moisture to my oxygen has been out of service for a week,still no parts delivery.Last delivery man that brought out oxygen tank filler had a real bad attitude.

Terrible service. No call backs, missing deliveries. Have been told a product was back ordered and delivered on the same day and yet...we still had no product. Terrible.

I needed a small nose pillow for my cpap machine and the cost was a whopping $275.00 I should have went to walgreens for under 10.00 . Such a shame !! CAVEAT EMPTOR

Window for delivery / pick up of oxygen tanks between 11 and 1. Near 1:30 no one here and no call to let me know if late. Poor customer service.
