I was reminded today why I work for Midwest Home Care (a family-owned in-home care agency). My client recently moved into a new home. As a house warming gift, they were visited today by the agency owner, Care coordinator and Client Relations Manager who delievered flowers and a card during my shift. During their visit, I truely was humbled to hear the great sense of comfort our client and family were conveying about Midwest; "a great support system". Midwest is truly invested in their clients and truly concerns themselves with their happiness. This was a very hard move for the family, surrendering the house they worked so hard to make their home. It was very sad to see them leave it. But the team at Midwest has been right here lending emotional support and I know will continue to do so.

I cant say enough about Midwest! This company is family owned (not a big franchise) and delivers care that feels like family. The Caregivers are well trained and the administrative staff are wonderful to work with. Each and every employee of this company is or has been a caregiver themselves and truly understand how to support families that find themselves in the same situtation. I looked around and compared - believe me when I say, Midwest exemplifies quality care.
