These people dont care. They dont care about customer service, responding to requests, fulfilling your order, sending the right equipment. They. Just. Dont. Care. The automatic phone call to re-order supplies never once got my order right. I have a box of supplies that were sent incorrectly. I have disputed the charges and months later, got a refund. Kept the supplies too....they dont care. Called to talk to a person instead of the robot. He was super helpful, friendly, seemed competent. But, alas, he never shipped my order...the order he said I would have the following week never arrived. I called to follow up: they have no record of my order, wanted me to start over. These are medical supplies, people. Not pizza, not socks, not garbage bags. Bunch of clowns. If you can go elsewhere (and you can) go elsewhere. This is a waste of time and money, a source of frustration and anger at a company that just doesnt care about you as a client, a patient, a customer, a person. THEY DONT CARE. Had to give them one star....would have given less if it was an option

Ive learned from the provider the local people are ok but the national organization is totally frustrating inepp and intrusive. I recieved 3 calls from national callcenter from a clueless person who was reading some script but was unable to answer any question I had. They were over due on delivery. She kept telling me I need to go back to Dr.- which wasnt true. Now Im trying unity point- still waiting...

Wow, these reviews! Okay, well I just called for the first time, new patient, and immediately got receptionist. Totally friendly and professional. Set up an appt. for 2 days from now. I think maybe they responded to your complaints and have improved service. I will review again after I actually meet with the respiratory therapist.

I called to find out information about BiPap versus CPAP and AutoPAP machines. The staff was very helpful and courteous and did some checking around before getting information back to me. Really appreciate the service I received today.

I dont know why this company even exists. Their customer service is worse than ATT. Cant get ahold of a live person and when I do they have no clue what is going on.

Customer service is so bad. I called 6 times in a week and no return call. So this morning Im going to the front door of the local branch so they cant ignore me.

Ive called 5 or so times and waited 30+ minutes before hanging up trying to return a wheel chair. If you have an option to choose another company, do so.
