This agency has problems getting even the smallest things done. They call the client and ask them to do it. Im still trying to figure out why I need them. They dont do anything but call a taxi and then they act as if maybe you should walk to your appt. They transfer your prescriptions to their affiliated drugstore when you were perfectly fine where you were. I asked could I stay at my pharmacy and there was a lot of hemming and hawing about they prefer theirs. They have no perks. No real recreational or cognitive activities to keep you moving. No exercise programs. No drugstore items free of charge and the only time you see live people is when its time for the state to check up on them. What do they do? Ive been waiting for them to get my scooter fixed for three going on four months. I think they need to pull out of this business they offer nothing for what they are being paid.

I had a terrible experience with them sadly. I had a social worker tell me it was not her job to help me find housing for my elderly Mother . They would not approve a medicine my Mother was allergic too and the doctor had said she had hives all over her body from it . I had to buy the medicine out of pocket for her .The nurse on her team never even bothered to check how old my moms canes were by turning the quad cane over to see if the bottom plate was ok she spent her time complaining about state funding issues and "oh poor seniors ".I later saw my Moms canes were rusting through on the bottom of the quad cane and I asked them to get her new ones they ordered one I had to tell them "Rene Bering Mom walks with two " When they did the assessment of my Mom they spent most of the time talking to each other about other cases . Do not go with care team 20 imho .

For the Elderly and Disabled, this is a wonderful organization that is there to assist those in need remain in their own homes/ out of nursing care facilities. Whatever level of assistance -Care Wisconsin comes to you! It was a real blessing to have there assistance!
