This company is full of lies. They claim they pair clients with caregivers based on compatibility this is untrue. They place clients with caregivers according to who lives closest. Also, the employees are often left working in horrible conditions, bugs/mice/filth etc. and at times force caregivers to work in places which they are being harassed sexually and physically. They pay minimum wage yet charge the client triple that. If you are a senior needing care I would honestly suggest trying to seek someone independantly first and take apps for individuals before using a company. You will only save yourself money in the long run and ensure you are placed with a caregiver of YOUR choice.

Well the management here is absolutely horrible. I had a family friend and my sister working here, and they dealt with the horrible conditions and the sexual harrassment as well. When they took it to the managers, next to nothing was done about it. My sisters manager laid her off for not making it to a meeting that was scheduled at the same time she was scheduled to work. She tried getting unemployment but they denied her unemployment. This company is so unorganized and unreliable, its ridiculous, they either switch out too many caregivers, or not enough. I highly reccommend NEVER going here for your elderly loved ones

This company is great and professional in every way. I contacted Home Instead regarding my dad. Recently, since his health began to decline, he has been very difficult to work with. And I cannot be there all the time. We had tried other senior care services and Home Instead is by far the most knowledgeable, easy to work with, and just the best in the field. They paired my dad with the best male caregiver possible. My dad often says that he reminds him of himself at a younger age. To them, it really is "personal."

Cannot depend on caregivers showing up. When a senior has a serious need for care and nobody shows up this is neglect!! How can I ever trust these people again to provide service? No trust left.
