They are awful. If you call them prior, they dont actually look or maybe their count is too high for them to comprehend. They are abrasive, do not listen, rude, give bad advice and they suck in general in terms of customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone, and I actually go out of my way to tell people how worthless they really are. Finley recommended them to me and it is night and day vs any other healthcare home store how bad this place is. If I was Finley I would fire everyone as they are the worst.

We had a great experience with Finley-Hartig. They provided good service and timely response to all of our questions. It appeared they had a wide variety of medical supplies in stock.

Great products but horrible service from both the customer service and management. The only decent people seem to be a few young guys that helped me carry my wheelchair into my car.
