Pyramid Home Health is only receiving a one star because ZERO is not an option. I needed assistance after having broke my knee. It took them several days to contact me after the initial request for services. By that time, a friend had already provided me with adaptive equipment and had taught me how to care for myself. When the Pyramid representative called, I told her that I no longer needed services. She insisted that they are required to evaluate me. A PT and and OT came out (of course, I was charged for both). The PT would not release me so he had to come back again. I paid all bills that I had received from this accident in early November. Now, mid October, almost a year later, they send me ANOTHER bill. When I called to ask why I was receiving this now, the response was that they never billed me for my last appointment. Really.....bill me a year later! I have to go back into all my records to research what I actually had been billed for and what I had paid. Very unprofessional company!

They will not provide interpreters for the hearing impaired which is against the ADA American Disability Act. Very Sad Company. They do not care about the deaf. Do they care about your health???? Hmmm???? Thats a good question isnt it?

Ok first off as far as Home Aides go everyone they sent was as lazy as a coon dog on a August afternoon! All 5 just wanted a job to appease the state. I only gave a one star because there nurses and pt and ot were professional.
