If only our family had the experience that some others reviews supposedly had :( Our family had high hopes that our first experience with in-home care would be a good one...however, we were quickly disheartened by our experience with TLC, its owner Jeanette, and the workers she hired to "care" for our loved one. The unprofessionalism that the people working for TLC and the owner herself Jeanette displayed was like nothing weve EVER experienced. During the course of "care" with my Grandmother we had frequent no shows, theft, hungover "care" givers and continuous incidents of employees who frequently showed up late (when they showed at all) or left early while still taking the full time on their time records. Not only was the staff and owner unprofessional, their lack of compassion, any sense of urgency, and complete disregard of the situation we know now was negligent, unlawful, and unbelievable if we didnt have the proof for all of these things. Our family and state agency parted ways with TLC and have reported this business to the State of Wisconsin with full documentation of each incident to prove our claims here. Beware of Jeanette and TLC... We can only hope those under her care currently have advocates to fight for what is right for their loved ones before another mistake by TLC costs someone much more than their dignity. Thank you.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the wonderful services that you provide. Your service is great and your in home care is incredible. My mother has had both types of care. We appreciate how much the staff genuinely cares about the people they are taking care of. She has never felt just like a number to her caregivers. She has made many personal connections with your staff and I feel comfortable knowing that she is there with you all on days that we cant get there to visit.

They provider her with personal care, medication and kept her protected.
