so wrong what they did to employees, "threatening them they "could loose their jobs" if they didnt join union, which is a scam,, then to say its legal (in montana), and if it was, it is still wrong to deduct moneys from check with out any signature or court order whatsoever, which they have done to me, and then give me a huge runaround when I tried to resolve the problem....total B.S. ,, in every other respect they would be an ok company, but they need (in my opinion) to pull their heads out of the dark hole of greed,, ... People work hard to pay into their social security and it should not be stolen to some company (union "seiu775") that does nothing but acts like they are trying to get us (employees) raises,.....there is more of this story too which will be posted on my g+ page soon..
