Firstly I never got an adjustment and not from trying on my part. The first appointment I showed up early as requested and waited for 15 to 20 minutes with no one at the front desk. When the chiropractor came out, he never said a word to me and handled a business transaction with the patient before me. The chiropractor took a call and then asked for my insurance card and id. It was now 30 minutes since I arrived and no mentioned of treatment. A previous patient came in wanting paperwork and had a unpleasant interaction with the chiropractor. At 45 minutes since my arrival, I now informed that my driver would be picking me up in 15 minutes. An older woman came in and now at 55 minutes with no inclination of being treated, I left after making another appointment for the following week. The chiropractor called the day of the 2nd appointment saying that he would have to cancel. Needless to say there was no 3rd appointment...aka waste of time.

i came to Doctor Bendiks during 2013 after seeing nearly 25 plus chiros in the Chicago/western burbs area (FOR 15 PLUS YRS) and w/o any long term relief or solutions given i felt no better than previous visits. i tried many things outside of chiro and alongside of chiro. Dr. Bendik is thorough and very results driven. he has unique techniques and supports/promotes certain stretches and activities to further achieve long lasting relief and a over-all better quality of life (QOL). prior to seeing Dr Bendiks, i would displace rib heads and basically immobilize my neck and upper back, every month - month after month. chronic. years of this. lots of pain meds (nasty stuff). once i started seeing him, he had reduced these episodes to only 2-4 times per yr!!!!!!! he has been the ONLY chiro/Doctor, who has provided me with a much better QOL. HIGHLIGHT RECOMMEND! THANKS DOC!

As a surgeon myself I can not begin to express my gratitude to Dr Bendiks.I was told that I would need a spinal fusion which would have put me out of work for 4 months! I could barely walk and after working with Dr Bendiks for 3 weeks I was absolutely pain free. The office is beautiful and has extra perks like a free aqua massage!
