The staff here at Ultimate ChiroCare has made a big difference in my life. I was refereed here by Dr. Angelopoulos, he is the doctor who manages my pain. I trust him and he is great in his own right. Ill admit the only reason I went here was to shut him up. I was skeptical of a chiropractor just because of the stereotypes and previous work with physical therapy clinics that didnt make a big difference. But the staff here has changed that. The first day I was there, instead of just doing an interview and looking over the doctors diagnosis, they did an analysis of my condition. They took x-rays, analyzed my posture using photo-software and they analyzed my center of gravity among other things. When the results were back, it actually explained much more than I thought it would. They were able to explain the cause of the symptoms. Dr. Cammisa. Dr. Kory and Dr. Samir are great and work very well together. They designed a plan of care for me and continue to revise it as I progress. They are all very nice, will take the time to explain things and answer questions. You work with the whole team not just one person, so there are extra eyes on you and your care which is always a good thing. The teams care plan seems to be the best practices from various fields of therapy, not just one field, which is great. The plans are all customized to the individuals. As you adapt to your therapy plan they continue to customize and advance your therapy plan to build off your progress. As far the therapy itself, the power plates technology which I had never used before is just another tool that is used here. The power plates are much more versatile than I thought they would be as well. You use them to warm up and loosen your muscles before beginning. Then they are used for exercises that focus on strength, balance and range of motion. What is an easy exercise on the ground becomes much harder on the power plates. That proves to me they are working. The next tool they utilize is decompression and traction. Decompression and Traction manages to provide me with a lot of relief. They have you do exercises to specifically compliment these modalities which helps the results last longer and become ingrained. The last tool is the chiropractic adjustments. This really does help to relieve all my muscle tension which improves my pain and allow me to go about my life. Subjectively, the plan of care they created has decreased my pain, made my job easier and lessened the severity of flare ups. Objectively, the results from the follow up analysis show improvement. It is nice to see improvement in different manners. The improvement in the analysis helps me feel that I am being set up for long term success. Beside the clinical aspect of the therapy, Ultimate ChiroCare is a nice facility in a nice building. Plenty of parking which always makes life easy. It is a modern facility, which is clean and they machines that are new. When you arrive you check-in, grab a water and start your session. Once you know what you are doing, you dont sit around waiting for the next thing you start your warm up and exercises. While you are there for your session the staff actually engages with you. They genuinely ask how you are doing. The doctors can then make adjustment to the plan as needed. Sometimes they are small as working around your schedule when you are running late or busy. Other times its as big as changing up your regimen. The front of house staff is also great. Kim and Brandi are great about your appointments and your insurance especially if there are any issues. They work with you instead of making you figure it out. It really does make a huge difference. Overall everyone is a joy to work with, so thank you to a great team. To sum this up, Ultimate ChiroCare is a great team made of knowledgeable, friendly individuals. They are a forward thinking and are always focused on treating the whole you.

Words cannot describe the experience I have had since becoming a client of Ultimate ChiroCare! I went to Dr. Cammisas office for a business meeting and after talking to him and seeing his amazing facility and equipment, I immediately became a client. I had been to Chiropractors in the past, and never stayed very long because I was always afraid of the manual adjustments, well that is not the case anymore. Dr. Cammisa uses the latest in technology to adjust his clients, there is no more "neck cracking", its wonderful and pain free. When I started seeing Dr. Cammisa I had a chronic illness that no one seemed to be able to do anything about. It was very uncomfortable and often affected my every day life. Since seeing the Dr. and going to Ultimate ChiroCare, I have had complete relief from this chronic disease, I have lost weight, gained muscle and overall feel amazing. I started seeing Dr. Perry and Dr. Sean in the fall of 2011 due to a severe case of plantar fasciitis. They were able to help me recover from this very painful condition and in addition were able to locate the source of my lower back pain. They customized a core strength program for me that has improved my balance and overall core muscle conditioning. Their use of high tech and state of the art technology in their work add to the effectiveness of their treatments. Power Plates, BStrong4Life and the ReAct machine have added new dimensions to my workouts and, more importantly, to my total body health. Under their supervision, I enlisted in the 6 week ChiroThin program and was able to drop 20 pounds of weight (almost all of which was body fat) and to lose over 19 inches in my body measurements. I am a new person thanks to these two these two medical professionals who pay attention to the whole person!!

I have osteopenia. There was no sign of osteopenia on my dexascan in 2009. I made the mistake of waiting 3 years before I had another dexascan, which I had in 2012. I did not want the osteopenia to get worse, so I called Ultimate ChiroCare to begin bio-density treatment. I heard about the bio-density program from my cousin who lives in Memphis, TN. She read an article in the newspaper about the machine. I googled "bio-density" and found Ultimate ChiroCare in Woodridge, IL. In October 2013, after one year of treatment using the bio-density program, I had another dexascan done from the same radiology department as the last one. The results were good. The dexascan showed that the proximal femur had a 5.7% increase in the mineral density of the femur, stating that this was statisically significant. I am very pleased with the results and will continue with the bio-density program. Eve P.

My wife actually introduced me to Dr. Cammisa when she had an accident a few years back. I decided to go see him and I was blown away by the use of high end technology (Powerplate) as well as his commitment to whole body health. I have to say, it was not what I expected at all! During my treatment I had a setback from being rear ended. Dr. Cammisa was able to straighten me out and have me felling better than I EVER have. From that accident, I received a shoulder injury as well. Dr. Cammisa was able to get a full range of motion back for me. I went to through physical therapy and the cortisone shots - didnt work at all. The methods were archaic compared to the work Dr. Cammisa did. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR EFFORTS!!!! I would absolutely without question recommend him to people I know or people that may be afraid or skeptical.
