I had a very bad experience recently. I will avoid this facility (and may be Chiro One altogether) in future. Never fall for their 20$ offer. I was taken for a ride and slapped with charges I never owed them (towards some xrays and a demo session for 30 seconds) and they caught me on an agreement I signed before starting the treatment. I had never begun the treatment but had to cancel due to the inconvenient timings when they are open (which they never told me when I signed up - hard to believe that a facility like this is open only for about 3 hrs in the morning and 3 hrs in the evening - when people who work will be sleeping or heading for the office in the morning or still at work in the evening). The money they were trying to charge me for was supposed to be included in the 20$ offer they gave me at Sams. But since I signed up, they were trying to bill that towards my treatment plan I believe. The corporate office was also very rude and demanding of the money which I never owed them. Just read all the other reviews about Chiro One on yelp and google (which I never did when I signed up).

A salesperson at the mall was offering a spinal exam for $20 at the Chiro One. When I visited the clinic, the lady asked for my insurance. I told her that I had already paid for the visit and therefore, my insurance information was unnecessary. She PROMISED that my insurance would not be charged for the visit, it is recorded for record keeping only. A few weeks later I received a bill in the mail for several hundred dollars from the clinic that the insurance couldnt cover. This turned out to be a complete scam. The people that work here are LIARS.
