I have suffered with chronic back pain for years with no relief and medicine was no longer helping. I knew I needed to do something about it and thats where my story with chiropractic care began. After years of bouncing around from chiropractor to chiropractor with no answers and very little relief, I was fed up and ready to quit. Thats when a friend of mine recommended this office to me that had recently opened near her and so I decided to give it one more try. I am so glad I did! From the minute I walked into this office I immediately felt relaxed and welcomed, the office is beautiful and everything is clean and new. Upon my initial consult with Dr. Kara & Dr. Mark, I knew that they had a passion for what they do & for the overall health and well being of their patients. Because of the routine x-rays they take, they were able to notice something that no other Dr has before. They explained to me that this could be the reason why I have suffered with pain for so long and that my previous treatments may have only been exasperating the problem. Together we came up with a treatment plan that worked best for me and for the first time in years I felt confident that with time, treatment and these 2 amazing doctors I would be feeling better soon! I highly recommend anyone suffering with discomfort or pain to make an appointment today!

I have to see a chiropractor at least once a week, so it is important that I had someone who I felt comfortable with since we would be seeing each other so often. I am not a fan of the chiropractic chains that are out there so I was looking for a family owned type of place. They provide a relaxed environment as well as try to educate you throughout the adjustment process. The adjustment tables are in the middle of the open room with a small partition separating the different areas, which is a little out of the ordinary. But it is pretty interesting to see someone else get adjusted while you wait to get an idea of how things are done, and you get used to the exposure quickly. It is also convenient to have two doctors working in the same facility because they have different adjustment techniques so if you dont particularly like the way one adjusts you, you can see how the other one feels. They offer a free consultation so I would recommend anyone in need of a chiropractor to try Drs. Kara and Mark first.

I had been watching the signs going up and anxiously awaiting the opening of a new establishment called BodyWorks for about four months. Just seeing the sign made me believe this would be a place that would finally be able to relieve my pain. The day I saw it was open I went in to find out how such a place worked. Walking in the door, the decor was so soothing, the layout inviting, it appeared to have everything ready to go... and it was!! I felt a real connection. Dr. Kara greeted me, very genuine and confident, and after a few moments of "how do I know you" we discovered that indeed,we did!! Dr. Kara and Dr. Mark have opened their practice where Dr. Kara grew up. I received a full explanation of their philosophy and how they practice as Chiropractors. I made my first appointment immediately and can only say that the physical changes that are happening are just short of a miraculous. I will be forever grateful.

This is not your typical Chiropractors office and thats a good thing. Ive had several back and neck surgeries due to degenerative disc disorder and when no other Chiropractors would touch me, Dr. Mark & Dr. Kara took on the challenge. Ive been going for a few months now and not only do I feel better, I have proven results that Im moving better with the state of the art measuring devices they utilize. When you go in, you first warm up by stretching and working on some core exercise. Then you get adjusted using several different techniques and a table thats amazing. Finally you finish up with some relaxing traction. The atmosphere is great, the office is always clean and even kid friendly. They have an in office x-ray machine and tons of other technology that takes Chiropractic care to a whole other level. By far the best chiropractic experience in my life and really a fresh perspective on the whole experience.

I have been a patient of Mark and Kara for a few weeks now and I must say I am quite impressed. They are very knowledgeable and strive to help solve any issues you may have. They are persistent about making their patients feel comfortable throughout their adjustments and physical therapy. I was shocked by the equipment they have throughout the office because it is all very new and high-tech, unlike some other chiropractors I had been to in the past. The office as a whole is very welcoming. I like the idea of the open space for the therapy exercises because it makes me feel as though I am not actually at a doctors office, which is different. Overall my experience has been positive thus far and I am planning on coming back whenever I feel I may have issues in the future. Definitely would recommend, especially if youre someone who has never been to a chiropractor before.

Like many others who suffer from back pain due to years working in blue collar industries, I sought help to alleviate pain and live a more pain free lifestyle. That brought me Dr. Mark and Dr. Kara, both of who are highly knowledgeable professionals and features state of the art equipment at their facilities. They took to the time to understand my troubles and what I wish to accomplish from their services. Once they looked me over they gave me a fully detailed understanding of what was going on with my body and backed it up with a summary of what they recommend going forward. The front desk staff was also very nice and makes you feel right at home. I could not be more pleased with my progress, I would recommend them to anyone seeking to do the same.

I was not much of a believer in this chiropractic stuff, but from the time I walked in to a very calm setting and friendly reception, I knew I should at least give it a try. I have been diagnosed with many ailments from fibromyalgia to traces of ms. I have to say that I can feel the relief and I will be back for a regular routine. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly which also adds to the comfort level. I know I sound like a broken record but I can truly feel a relief and difference as to me managing my fibromyalgia. When someone or a company delivers on their promise, I believe they should be recognized, "Body Works" I got your number. You did what you said you would.

Hi you all in internet world. I go by Andy, a couple months ago I was really in a bad situation, my lower back went out from hauling 120 lb. bags of river rock, and after that I couldnt even sleep in bed. I was told to try BWC, couldnt hurt any worse. Met with Dr. Mark and Kara. For a couple weeks I couldnt get adjustments laying down, it was the sciatica was not good at all, but after 2 months of treatments only once a week Im almost 99% again, been moving firewood around in the back yard with hardly any problems, Dr. Mark did a great job so far, very satisfied with the service. He also taped my back with sports tape and that even helped my knees from aching .
