I never had to much of an issue with this place until today. I was referred back to figure out why my gums and teeth that have already been root canaled were still hurting. Today he was very rude and told me he was doing a filling but failed to explain that he was putting a post in my mouth and we didnt do a shot since I had a root canal already but I felt pain every time he would use the drill. Then he was spraying water up my nose and I Sat up because I was almost choking on my tooth fragments he drilled off and he said you know you can breath through your mouth right? No, not when I cant even swallow while your working on my teeth...so he puts his hand over my nose next which made it worse...the assistant was very kind she pretty much held my hand the entire time I was crying..>.>. And he acted like I didnt feel a thing. The filling behind this tooth is so sharp it cuts my tounge and I cant bite down or it hits my bottom tooth. And my gums are so sore. During this he had scratched his head and then stuck his hand in my mouth and also coughed in his glove while doing my filling..didnt change the glove. I called later to ask exactly everything that was done to my tooth and his wife answered..hung up on me.guess I asked to many questions because no I didnt have everything explained to me before it was done. I called again she said she thought I was done talking...geesh.

I drove an hour and a half to try his office out, and I will do it again anytime! My friend recomended dr andrew. I decided why not, the other dentist that I know takes the medical card is an hour the other way anyways and I wasnt impressed at all with them. I have had pain on the right side of my mouth for quite some time now. When I got there, late after being pulled over I filled out my paperwork and went back immediately. X-rays were done all the way around and a full examination to see what was going on not just in the place that was botherin me but all of my teeth. They found a wisdom tooth I didnt even know I still had impacted. He cut that one out and the one next to it that was rotting. I was stitched up and outta there in hardly no time. Instructions and prescriptions in hand. They got me another appointment to do more work set for a week later. Everybody there was soo polite and listened to my concerns about what was going on. Any questions I had were answered. I was a little worried after I made my appointment when I read the reviews but after I went I find it hard to believe that the bad reviews are entirely true. This was the first time I have been to a dentist and heard patients laughing. I will recomend dr albert to anyone who asks about a dentist.

When arriving to the appointment i received a new patient in take. I explained my son is an establish patient here . The receptionist search the system found his name and told me there was a balance due before he could be seen theres a charge of $ 40 dollars for a missed visit that occur 2 years ago that I dont even recall. When asked why,the receptionist stated its their policy and show me a contract with my signature "really". My next question was why wasnt this in forced 2 years ago. She stated" I wasnt here 2 years ago". To add injury to insult I asked to speak to the dentist who pulled a track record of visits stringing from 2009 to present telling me how much money he lost from missed visits. He told me out of all 29 missed visits and he only charge me for the last one. Ok if this is true why wasnt I notified than. "Wow". No reply. I ask the receptionist what was the reason for the visit im being penalized for she stated it was for a fill in. Now thats weird considering they just told me he had no cavities. Go figure!!! All over 40 dollars really Albert Andrew. Looking for a new denist.

He removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth. The nitrous oxide I was hooked up to was EMPTY. The nurse thought I was lying when I said I wasnt feeling calmer (I was going into a panic attack). They hooked me up to a tank that was full. I then got 6-8 shots of novacane and the dr Andrews started the procedure. He essentially wiggled the teeth out of my head, used excessive force when pushed my jaw down. He complained that I wasnt opening up my jaw very much (if he pushed down any harder Im sure I would have had an injury to my jaw). He took me off of the nitrous when he pulled the first two and moved to the bottom. The left side was attached to the gum still and instead of cutting it out he yanked it out. I was in immense pain for over 2 weeks. I had to take off work for the same amount of time because my jaw hurt so bad. My mom was with the entire time and she felt sorry for me. I left in a cold sweat and crying. GO DOWN THE STREET TO OSWEGO COMMONS FAMILY DENTAL!!!!!! They are so much nicer and you wont be disappointed. Thats where went for my husbands dental surgery and we were not disappointed!

Terrible dentist! My front tooth had chipped and i had a job interview the next day so i needed it fixed fast. I called this dentists office and said they could fit me in. when i got in the chair he started to numb me. instead of numbing my gums he stabbed my lip with the needle. i have never cried at the dentist before but i did this time. he put the composite on my tooth and had me look at it. the tooth was noticeably shorter then the one next to it and the backside of the composite was stabbing my bottom tooth when i bite down. i told him my concerns and he started to saw between my front tooth and the small one next to it. he sawed all the way to my gums. i then wanted out of that chair asap. my tooth is still smaller than the one next to it. the piece of the composite is still stabbing my lower teeth when i bite down. my gums were swollen and sore for weeks afterwards and my small tooth next to the one being worked was partially sawed off in the process. so i went in with one bad tooth and walked out with two bad ones. this guy should have his licence taken away!

TO ANYONE WHO IS CHOOSING THIS PLACE I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT. ME AND MY AUNT WERE PACIENTLY WAITING IN THE WAITING ROOM first one of the nurses closed the door and whispered that I was creepy and that I scare her. I try to let that one go but Not even 20 minutes later The dentist or doctor whatever, decides to walk in and the first thing he says is "dang can you fit anymore piercings on your face" I walked out bit walked back in to tell him calmly I felt disrespected by both him and his staff, so he tells me that he would never let his daughter do that and that its not acceptable and that he didnt like it. So I told him that him and his associates were extremely rude and this man his wife decided to just take It as no big deal and continue to be rude to me. I did nothing to deserve this treatment by a grown man or his "grown" employees. You best believe I said something and walked the heck out of there. This is a warning to all. Thank you.
