First time Ive taken my grandma here, and it will be our last. The physical therapist was unorganized, unprofessional, and confusing with education/direction. She used words such as "like" and "ya know" a lot making it seem as if she had no idea what she was talking about. After the quick therapy session the tech came in to hook my grandma up to a TENs unit. She told her that she would be back in a little bit to check on her, and that the whole thing would last about 15 min. She never came back to check on her, and in 15 minutes she was nowhere to be found. We waited an extra 15 min, so 30 min in total, and still nothing. I couldnt take it anymore because my grandma was in pain from laying on the table all this time, so I took the TENs unit off of her myself. As I walked out I see the tech doing nothing while sitting at the computer in the front of the office. I had 2 more appointments set up for this week but I canceled them. I wasnt going to complain but she insisted on getting the manager for me. I explained that I am a nurse and this was totally unacceptable. His only response was "Sorry". I would never recommend this place to anyone, but if you do happen to go here please go in the room with your loved one to make sure things are being done properly. I could only imagine how long they would have made my grandmother lay on that table if I wasnt there.

From day one physical therapy solutions has provided amazing care for me. i am only 13 years old and suffered from migraine related vertigo and displaced ear crystals. Though it wasnt the first thing i looked forward to when i looked at my schedule for the day,being in the vibrant atmosphere the therapists create is honestly something you dont want to leave. i worked with Eesha, Jo, Agatha, Ken and Jarak and every one of them were warm and welcoming to me. each time i went in i was asked how i am feeling to make any accommodations to the exercises i will be doing that day. I could go on for days about how amazing their program is bu in a nutshell from the minuet you walk in to the day youre discharged Physical Therapy Solutions offers a wide range of services and creates a welcoming place you you to get better. your achievements are celebrated and your falls are improved. i cant tell you how much i appreciate this service and how fortunate i am to have been refered here. I would recommend this to family or friends in a heartbeat

My daughter suffered extreme vertigo. She could barely walk, could not attend school and cried herself to sleep. The ENT doctor had no suggestions for me. My primary care doctor suggested Physical Therapy Soutions, and after 8 weeks of physical therapy, no more vertigo, and she feels better than she ever has! Shes back to being a normal kid again! First, the two lovely women up front could not be more wonderful. They are an excellent example of customer service! And the entire staff of physical therapists are gentle, positive and extremely skilled at what they do. I highly suggest that anyone who has a physical issue go to Physical Therapy Solutions. I highly recommend them!!

Really like this place. Theyre so friendly and welcoming. The girl at the front desk remembers everyones name and is always so cheerful. The physical therapists are very patient and take the time to explain why youre doing the things theyre having you do. You can tell that its a pretty busy place, but that doesnt stop them from making sure that you are completely comfortable and cared for. I am seeing them for vestibular therapy, and even though its still a work in progress, I have complete faith that they will help in every way they can so that I get better. Great place.

On the 1st day I was very stiff from a car accident in my lower back, shoulder/upper back, neck and hand. The staff at Physical Therapy Solutions was able to help me rehabilitate my pain and stiffness. I had a 10 week program and I am on week 5 and I am about 65 percent recovered. The staff was great! During recovery I worked with Julie, Ken, Eesha, Jo and Agatha. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to a friend or family member. Great Service. Thank you Physical Therapy Solutions!

Rupangi and her staff work extremely hard not only to provide the best care, but also the best customer service possible. I first came to PT Solutions with pretty debilitating vertigo, but these guys have really helped me with my symptoms! It took a few visits to make significant progress, but they helped me live a productive life again. They have a really nice staff and have been flexible anytime I needed to reschedule. Before I started therapy I could not walk without cane I was limping and also could not get up from the bed for 3 days due to severe sciatica. After I started therapy here with Eesha day by day I started feeling much better. I started walking without cane in a week. This therapy has given me a new life. This place is wonderful. They have all the latest state of the art equipment to deal with vestibular. Also, it seems like 97% of their clients all day are vestibular so they are so used to hearing all the symptoms -->which means they have a good sense of how you are feeling. Not many PT places can say this. You will see improvement for sure!
