The first time I went to Premier Rehab on Heritage trace was last year after foot surgery. The staff there are awesome and very professional. Candy was my primary PT and she is wonderful, caring and very encouraging. I appreciate Candy for explaining how to do the exercises properly and why they were important in my recovery. I thank her for helping me with full recovery with my foot. A few months ago I had rotary cup problems that fortunately only needed physical therapy. I was so excited when I found out my doctor was referring me to Premier Rehab and Candy was going to be my PT. I thanked him because I already knew the staff and appreciated their work. Candy gave me exercises for my shoulder that I could also do at home to help with rehabilitation. My shoulder feels so much better now and I thank Candy and the staff at Premier Rehab They not only care for you and your treatment, but they work one on one with you. I love the fact that when I walk in their office for my next visit to work with Candy, there is never a dull moment. The staff are working with patients and are laughing and having fun. It’s such a pleasant atmosphere while doing exercises. Thank you so much Candy, Olivia, Erica, Liana, Janet, Matt and Ashley. They provide the best treatment and make me laugh and smile every time I’m there. They are also genuine, warm and giving. I highly recommend Premier Rehab at Heritage Trace. You’ll be glad you chose them for your rehabilitation!

I was a patient at Premier Rehab Keller Heritage Trace location a few times with Dr. Candy (Dulce) Mercado. She helped me get back to soccer after a hip injury and again after a knee injury. She challenged me to get stronger than I was before, but always made me feel safe. She explained why we were doing what we were doing and that helped me understand what I was doing and why it was important to keep doing it. I always saw results when I did my home work, but more than anything I enjoyed going to PT because of the staff. Candy always made me laugh and smile which helped the time pass as we worked. I have referred my husband, mother in law, and friends to Dr. Mercado. They all agreed that she was a wonderful therapist and we continue referring people to her! The clinic is very nice, clean, and I have enjoyed working with all the staff members. Thank you Premier Rehab!

I discovered Premier Rehab on Heritage Trace in 2011 after I had hip replacement surgery. I had been going to a different rehab facility, and I wasnt happy with the results. I found Premier and the fantastic therapists there. After my hip, I saw Candy again for my lower back in 2013, and my neck and shoulder in January, 2015. I had rotator cuff surgery in April and I am in rehab for it now. I am a completely satisfied client. The level of professionalism is high with all of the therapists, which gives me a feeling of confidence in everything they ask me to do. They also exude calm attitudes, making it a pleasant experience. I cant emphasize enough how much Candy and the other therapists have helped me. I have recommended Premier to many friends and family members and will continue to do so. Thank you, Candy, Erica, Linda, Maverick, Josh, and all the others.

I have been a patient of Premiers after having multiple surgeries. Candy has worked with me after my shoulder and foot surgeries and goes above & beyond to assure Im receiving the correct treatment. She has always treated me as a patient, not a number and really takes the time to explain the therapy I will be recieving. From the first step of scheduling an appointment to the actual therapy itself, I have been impressed with the service I received. I have been referred to other Physical Therapist before and no one can compare to Premier! Highly recommend!

I began going to Premier almost two weeks ago after my knee surgery for Osteochondritis Dissecans. I am non weight bearing for six weeks and have had my highs and lows, coming out of this surgery. My PT is Matt and I cant say enough nice things about him. He is by far my biggest cheerleader and so encouraging. I expected the worst from therapy and thought oh man, they are going to push me to pain and not be friendly, but its been the complete opposite. I enjoy going to therapy and wish I could go everyday! Matt is the best!

Great place, staff is professional, knowledgeable and fun! Finally asked my Dr for a PT referral after having shoulder pain for almost a year that was not responding to home exercise and chiropractic care. Premier contacted me and got me an appt very quickly. After two months, my shoulder is much stronger and almost totally pain free. I feel confident that the exercises Ive learned will help me keep up my recovery at home. Im actually sad that I dont need to go hang out at the office anymore!

I had surgery back in October 2016 to fix my shoulder. I went to Premier Rehab and was treated by Candy Mercado. She listened to my concerns regarding my pain and recovery. She answered all of my questions, was compassionate and far exceeded my expectations. I have full use of my shoulder and my doctor has been VERY pleased with my overall recovery. I felt well taken care of by the entire staff and valued. Liana always placed a smile on my face! I highly recommend Premier Rehab!

I have been going to Premier Rehab since November 2016, a couple times a week to begin and now only once. I recommend this facility to anyone who needs service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I went in for shoulder and knee issues and I am now throwing the softball with my daughter at practice, did the Big D Climb (7 floors) and am about to run the Cowtown (half). I would say that they have done their job quite well!!! My therapist Lyndsay is fabulous!

I am currently in outpatient therapy for a total knee replacement surgery. Having shoulder surgery earlier this year I was also treated here. The therapists are dedicated and know what to do and how far to push without hurting you. An excellent physical therapy center. Staff are pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this group at the Heritage place, Keller facility. Im so glad my physician sent me to Premier Rehabilitation Physician Therapy.

I highly recommend Premier Rehab! I have received therapy here over the last 2 years for hip and shoulder pain, as well as after recent rotator cuff surgery. Candy and all of the staff have helped my recovery to be as pain-free as possible, and, most important, to help me return to full function. My surgeon has also been very happy with my success in therapy. The office staff is awesome, appointments are on time and insurance claims complete.

The staff at this location is top notch! I have never had PT before and I wasnt sure what to expect. The staff was very nice and professional and I now look forward to my weekly visits. They really work with you and give you one on one attention. The equipment is great and everyone in the office seems to really care about your situation. If you are looking for an awesome place for PT and rehab you must give Premier at Heritage Trace a try!
