My wife went there last year, and they did a pretty fair job fitting her and the glasses were ordered at Vissionworks, because the office has such a poor selection. They came in and she wore them for a year without issues. This years she first saw Dr. Balda at Lossman Eye Center and he made changes to her prescriptions that her eyes could simply not adjust to. After over a month of trying to wear the glasses made again by Vissionworks we went back for a re-check. Now we were first seen by Dr. Kimberly Robertson who first stated their was a problem with the astigmatism in the lenses, and stating that they may have not been made correctly. She walks out of the office and in 2 minutes flash comes back to say that there is no problem with the script or how the glasses were made, it must be a problem with a change in materials used and she rushed us out. Mind you we had already waited 44 minutes to be seen, and then spent only 15 minutes with the doctor (felt like a ride at DisneyW World. Went back to Visionworks, confirmed both pairs came form the same lab and made with the same premium High Definition Lenses. I opted to pay for a second eye exam, by the sweetest eye specialist, Dr. Poppovich. She did a comprehensive exam with pictures, scans and then a very careful eye resuming. She compared the three prescriptions, the one from last year that my wife still wears, the one from April at Lossman and the one she just did, and explained the drastic differences that may be the cause of the problems. Dr. Pollovidh at Visionworks patience was amazing, and she was able to identify the problem. Viisonworks in Springhill Mall is now my go to vision service provider of choice.

I switched to Lossman Eye Care several years ago due to insurance coverage changes. Im glad i did. The staff is courteous and knows their stuff. Dr. Robertson is top notch and helpful with any questions i have. I made the dreaded switch to bifocals this year and was not looking forward to it. I had a lot of questions and Dr Robertson made the experience easy to understand and much more enjoyable than i had expected. Life long customer!

Bought glasses here, "Top of the line" lenses became scratched easily in less than a year. They ordered replacement lenses, but then claimed that they returned them because it had been past one year since the original order. They claimed I needed another eye exam. Im a doctor myself so I know the lenses would not be accepted by any lab. Never going back-

We have used Lossman for years and they are always professional and courteous. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Doctors take the time and answer any questions you have. Dr. Robertson is always friendly and we enjoy the care she takes during your examine.

They need to work on communication with their labs, to make sure that their customers are satisfied and accommodated in a timely manner. Other than that, they have a good selection of eye wear, and I was very satisfied with the glasses that I purchased.
