Dr. Poppovidh at Visionwork of Dundee is the best. She is patient, understanding and got down to the bottom of the problem. My wife had been seen by two different doctors at Lossman Eye Center in West Dundee, that mis-measured the level of her astigmatism. As a consequence, she could not wear her glasses. We are thankful to Dr. Poppovich and the awesome staff and store manager at Visionworks in West Dundee, they are an amazing TEAM!!!

Omg, i just got a check up and my ophthalmologist checked my current prescription in my glasses made at VisionWorks and he told me they did not put in the prescription he ordered in my glasses. Are you serious?! Ive been walking around for a year and a half with the wrong rx! If I could give zero stars I would! Im infuriated!

Took two trips to figure out my prescription. Which would have been fine if they hadnt sold me a box of expired contacts. 1 of the 3 boxes expired in August of 2016. Pathetic service. Then on top of that, they have squirrely kids working the front counter. Gossiping and carrying on like its a free for all.
