In response to Mr. Ahmeds review. We didnt charge double for the Miraflex frame. We charged you what the usual and customary charge is for Miraflex frames. You agreed to purchase the frame at that price, and used your insurance to do so. It wasnt until after the frame was ordered and lenses put into the frame did you complain about the charge. I am sorry that you feel that it was not an adequate price for you, but we did a little research at other optometric practices in the area, and we were cheaper in 3/4 of the scenarios. If you are comparing online vendors, then yes the price would be ultimately cheaper because they dont have overhead like a private practice. That being said, I am going to disagree with your post. Mind you, we also changed your prescription when you got a second opinion, at an at cost basis, so I am not exactly sure why you are so upset. We did not order the wrong color, and if we had then we wouldve ordered the correct color. We neither tricked or coerced you into buying a frame from us.

I received fantastic care from Beacon Eye Associates! My toddler scratched my eye which resulted in a scratched cornea. The staff at Beacon Eye Associates got me in immediately and Dr. Vatianou took great care of my eye. The injury was severe enough that I had to see a cornea specialist about a year later and it was further complicated by the fact that I was moving out of state. Dr. Vatianou took the time to write out a detailed letter explaining the care and procedures I received at Beacon Eye so that I could hand it to my new doctor. He also did some online research and gave me a recommendation for specialists I should see in my new town. He and his staff went above and beyond to make sure my eye was taken care of, and I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

I like this place. The doctor is awesome and I like the eye exams he performs. I have never had any problems with my glasses and they actually got me replacement lenses through a warranty after my lenses were scratched at no cost to me and no questions asked. They always seem to accept whatever insurance I have as well. Over all I like the practice, its nice and clean, friendly staff, great doctor, and over all a quiet environment which I like when I go to a doctors office.

They charged me double what other places charge for the miraflex frame. Then they even ordered the wrong color frame and told me thats what I had chosen. Never going back there again. Edit: These people are rude and disrespectful. They have no sense of customer service. Anyone with half a brain for good business would know not to raise their voice at a customer but not these idiots.

Had a wonderful experience. The office staff was very friendly and polite. The Dr was very thorough with the exam and was polite amd friendly. They have very reasonable prices and a great selection of frames to choose from. They explained to me what my insurance would and wouldnt pay for and told me my options. I highly recommend Beacon Eye to family and friends.
