My family has been bringing our pets to Harbor Animal Hospital for over 20 years. We always receive top notch and professional care. The ladies in the front office are consummate professionals and go the extra mile to make sure the customers are taken care of and our pets are always treated with respect. The vets are very knowledgeable and thorough with their exams and I never feel pressured to invest in any lab or radiological tests to make sure of any diagnosis. I had a 9 year old Scotty whose suffered an acute attack of pancreatitis that eventually lead to other problems rapidly. Both my family and my poor pet were treated with the utmost respect and dignity while we had to make the difficult decision to put her down. Shortly after our sweet dogs passing, we adopted two more Scotty pups. Ten years later now we still have them; they are old and having issues now of their own. However I feel totally confident in the information I am given by the staff at Harbor Animal Hospital in order for me to decided the best course of treatment for my pets. Their prices are not rock bottom, but they are not outlandish for the area we live in. I highly recommend this practice for anyone who is serious about taking the best care of their dog or cat.

I switched to Harbor Animal Hospital when Dr. Kelly joined the team. We love her and wanted to stick with her when she moved. Weve not regretted our switch at all! Michelle, Kim and all the others who work at the front desk are amazing, and they always remember me and my pets. Ive worked with all of the Drs, and theyve all given my animals their full attention and care. We have several special needs pets, so this has been very meaningful to us. I never feel like I am overcharged, or that anyone forces medication or subscription diets on me. This is a great little animal hospital - Id encourage you to check them out!

Yesterday my family had to put our familys dog down. It was hard especially for my Dad. Dr. Gray and the staff were wonderful and so caring with my dad and myself. They truly made it as easy as it could be. They have taken care of our dog for years and we could not have asked for better care. There are no words to thank the staff for all there care and concern during our difficult time!!!!

I just started bringing my DSH kitten to Harbor Animal Hospital this year, per my friends recommendation. Even though my husband and I live in Chicago, it is well worth the trip! The doctors and staff are so friendly and accommodating; they treat my little Tony like he is their own! I would recommend them to any pet owner!

Years ago I would have given them s higher rating. I have taken 3 of my dogs here through the years. My current dog needed surgery and they wouldnt do it. What made matters worse is that when my dog split a stitch, they would NOT help, because they didnt do the surgery. We are much happier at Beach Park Animal Hospital.
