Fast Track is the BEST physical therapy team! I have been a patient at Fast Track off-and-on for numerous conditions over the last 10+ years and the outstanding results and friendly staff are why Fast Track is MY physical therapy team! I have seen Fast Track with outstanding results for a frozen shoulder, dry needling for various muscle strains and tweaks, plantar fasciitis, and most recently a ruptured cervical disc. Bridgette and Sara were fabulous to work with and helped me achieve my number one goal of avoiding neck surgery! The treatments and exercises have made a tremendous difference and I am pain free, surgery free, and getting back to the activities I love to do! I have referred tons of people to Fast Track because I have such a high confidence in their ability to help people (including my mom, my son with a sports injury, and numerous friends). With dry needling, I must admit I was a little apprehensive about having Brian stick a bunch of needles in me, but he did a great job of explaining not only what he was doing, but how it works. I have seen amazing results from dry needling and am not only a believer, but a promoter – it really works! The team at Fast Track is very good at physical therapy, but beyond that, they genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond to make it a good experience. Amie keeps everything running smoothly and on a timely basis. I just can’t say enough good things about the Fast Track team and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any of your physical therapy needs!

This is the most caring physical therapy team I have ever met. When you come here for therapy, they not ony care about the type of therapy a patient needs but that also care about the patient, the person. You are given plenty of time to do what needs to be done and your time with the therapist is never rushed. Unlike other PT places who give a patient 30 maybe 45 minutes of therapy and you feel like you are on an assembly line; at Fast-Track Physical Therapy you work at your pace even if it takes longer than others. The team treats and cares for the patients like they are family. I also know personally that if you are in a lot of pain and you call there,(even if you are not on the schedule) they will try to help you if they can. An example is once I had a extreme migraine and I called. I came in and was given a room to wait in until my PT, Brian, had time to help me. While I waited everyone kept checking in on me until Brian got to me. Once he treated me with TDN (trigger point dry needling), my migraine was gone before I even left the clinic. So if you need physical therapy but you do not want to feel like you are on an assembly line, than you must go to Fast-Track Physical Therapy in Avon,Indiana, where you are care for like a person and not an object.

Recently completed physical therapy at this Fast Track Physical Therapy. This place is phenomenal!! The staff are incredibly nice, patient care is top notch! Brian Horner PT and owner does an amazing job. Ive had therapy before however nothing compares to the quality care you will receive here. I cannot say enough good things about this place. You will notice a difference in this place the moment the phone is answered! Wonderful place for physical therapy!!

What I really appreciate about Fast Track Physical Therapy is how not only does the staff fix my current pain, but they give some suggestions for how to prevent future problems, which I have found very helpful. They are also great at helping me deal with insurance claims, I love that!
