I contacted Brad at A Step Ahead Physical Therapy for a chronic lower back problem.... First of all the facility is beautiful.... I was expecting something cold and impersonal. It was like a five star hotel! They really went out of theyre way to make the place feel comfortable, when they just could have created a bare bones facility. Brad worked with me and helped me realize how to improve my situation on a long term basis from home as he helped me with my discomfort during my visit. He wrote a very detailed list of exercises that I should do at home.. I had 100% of his attention during my visit and I was treated with great respect. I highly recommend this service.

Brad Freemyer and his staff have extensive knowledge, experience and are extremely professional. Every appointment was one on one at an outstanding facility with all the latest equipment and physical therapy techniques. I am astonished at how much Amy has been able to improve in my back and my hip. I would give 6 stars if possible... Also I felt like Amy really genuinely cares about me... lastly one time I had to skip an appointment for a personal emergency and I only could give 30 minutes notice... they did not charge me for it even if I insisted I should pay So both on a professional and personal level, my experience has been outstanding
