My experience with Star Physical Therapy has been one of frustration and LITERAL pain. Star Physical Therapy did NOT help correct my problem and I was forced to continue my therapy with another physical therapist. I have made progress with the new therapist, but Star could care less. Star is also not doing anything they said they would do about my bills, and after I paid my bills in full they removed some sort of insurance "credit" and all of a sudden, I owed more. They also will not give me paperwork that my lawyer requires legally and would help me with my insurance. CAVEAT EMPTOR!! There are some GREAT physical therapists out there--KEEP LOOKING!!!
