I wish I could leave them no stars! My husband and I had to have wellness checkups for insurance purposes amd just needed a paper signed by a doctor. we got to concentra care around 8:30am since my husband had a lunch meeting downtown at 11:30. They took my husband back first and started doing a different procedure than what we had come in for. That took about an hour and then it was finally realized that we just needed physicals. Husband came from the back and then they took us both to the same room since the one he was in was in use due to the fact of the nurses not communicating with each other. Very unprofessional. The nurse that took our vitals was nice enough, but the dr (or whoever it was) that we saw was awful and very rude. We ended up leaving at 11:30 which made my husband late to his lunch appt after being "checked out" by another rude employee at the front desk. I dont suggest anybody going here. Very unprofessional and rude staff and youll be waiting 1-2 hours to even be seen! Ridiculous.

Very friendly staff. My issue was after leaving, my little girl was still having stomach pains. Was told to get her Bananas to soften her stools because maybe she had constipation. I felt like the doctor was taking a guess of what may be the problem instead of looking more into the issue presented to make sure that was the problem. I will not recommend going there if its an issue you can fix at home. He didnt even recommend a medicine whether prescribed or over the counter that I should get to help the problem. I just feel like I wasted my money also.

The only person who cares, and is very professional is a black lady named shakita. The blonde at the front desk told me 20 mins and didnt even pull my file. Thank you shakita for being such a sweetheart. Other than her, They care more about drug testing than seeing actual sick patients. I had to wait 2 hours and 18mins to be seen. They are slow, unorganized, and very u professional. Overall this place is a disgrace and would never recommend it to anyone!!!!

I waited two hours before being seen. People who came in after me were being seen within five minutes of signing it. It was the longest I have ever had to wait at any medical center just to be seen! Do not go there unless you want a drug test, because apparently drug tests are more important than actual medical conditions and they get seen first.

Staff at Concentra is always fast and friendly. They are also upbeat and one of the nurses is hilarious. We use them for screening new hires at my company. I have been there several times for different things like hearing test, drug screen and DOT medical card. My favorite location is rivergate. Nice office, convenient location and parking.

Been here several times for myself amd never had such a terrible experience like I did today when my wife had to come here. The wait was well over an hour and the physician was overtly rude with zero manner. Only reason they get two stars is that all four of the nirses.we interacted with during this experience were excellent.

I always have a great experience. The staff and doctor is really nice my last visit. My primary care doctor always has a long wait (3 hours with a regular appointment). This is an option if I really need to be seen. I guess the times Ive been I so happen to come before they get too busy.

The Front Desk Staff Is Absolutely Rude.Wait Time Always 1 Or 2 Hours Long . Dr. Carver Is The WORST Doctor On The Planet , And He Dont Listen To His Patients , Talks Over Them & Absolutely Rude.Tell Them Anything To Get Out His Office . This Urgent Care Really SUCKS!!!!!!!!

Will never go here again. I went in knowing I was in the process of getting real sick and was told it was allergies. Im bedridden now and have bronchitis. The Concentra on Elm Hill is so much better, but the wait time is ridiculous.
